Perfekte Lage, gute Ausstattung, Frühstück asiatisch ausreichend

Die extra große Terrasse ist toll! Zu sehen ist auch das Dotonbori-Riesenrad. Das Wohnzimmer ist ebenfalls geräumig und ich habe kein Problem damit, meine vier großen Kartons zu öffnen und zu packen. Ausstattung: Das Unbequeme an diesem Zimmer ist, dass es sich im 13. Stock befindet, der Aufzug aber nur bis zum 12. Stock fährt. Sie müssen schwere Kisten in den letzten Stock schleppen. Außerdem weiß ich nicht, wo sich das Schlafzimmer im Gebäude befindet. Es wird die ganze Nacht vom Rauschen des Wassers umgeben sein. Es ist ziemlich laut, als würde man in einem Wasservorhangloch schlafen

Very well located in the Namba area. Clean. very old fashion but well maintained. A lot of quality equipment from prehistory… including a tv in the bathroom and karaoke mics.. Breakfast really too basic. Need a big refurbishment..

This has to be one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. The room was massive, with lots of fun extras like a jacuzzi bath and massage chair. Rooms were clean too, albeit a bit old. The location is very close to Namba station for direct trains to the airport and Nara, Kyoto or Kobe. So many restaurants and bars nearby, with easy access to the shopping areas too. You certainly will be spoiled with choice of places to go and things to see nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and came to our aid numerous times during our stay. The only thing that we didn't enjoy was the repetitive breakfast options. After 5 days of eating the same breakfast, we found ourselves a bit bored of the flavors. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel location is very convenient.staffs are friendly enthusiastic and helpful. Guest room is big and that's made more relaxed and comfortablely. Thanks all staffs.

The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from Namba Station, which provides convenient access to Kansai Airport and the Kintetsu-Nippombashi subway station. A little further, a 10-minute walk away, is the famous Dotonbori area, which needs no introduction. We were provided with a gigantic room, even by European standards, featuring a sofa, a walking area, a large TV, and even karaoke. I thought it was a mistake since I booked a Standard Twin, so I contacted the reception. For some reason, we were then moved to a similar room with slightly less space. But that's a minor detail. In the bathroom, you can find many wonderful and useful amenities in addition to the standard ones: pajamas, a hair tie, cosmetics, and much more. You will be surprised. The breakfast is good and hearty, more European-style, but it didn't change over the three days. The staff is very polite and ready to help. I especially want to thank Yokoyama-san. By the way, the hotel is already preparing for Halloween.

I was there for 4 nights. Previous hotel was not fit for me, and that is why I reserved this hotel. The room condition was okay, but smell was not good =( Except that everything about the hotel was really good. Particularly I would like to mention one of the staff. Every staff was good. The Ms. Charmaine's smile and hospitality made my trip great. I would like to appreciate to her =)

Hotel location is very strategic. Very near convenient stores, restaurants. Walkable distance to Dotonbori, train station. The hotel staff were all very friendly and polite. There's heating in the room, huge TV with karaoke set. The bathroom is huge. Everything was perfect. Will stay again on my next return to Osaka.

The location is good, near 黑門市場，日本橋 and 道頓掘, room is so big compared to other hotels in Japan, many restaurants on the street and convenience store, definitely will stay again when I visit Osaka next time

Although the building is old, the room is very well maintained. It is clean and very spacious! The location is also perfect, near to Namba station and eateries. The reception is fluent in english and is very warm and welcoming. Breakfast is included in my booking and it is just a simple one. Overall I would recommend this hotel to everyone due to its strategic location and also the room’s size and cleanliness!
