The room is super small, can’t even walk without bumping into one another. Blankets not sure if it is clean or not cause I got itchiness sleeping on the bed. Wifi is slow too, keep on buffering when watching YouTube and Netflix.

Room is very small , very basic room, clean. Value for the price paid. There is a water dispenser at the lobby which is a plus . There are no facial products being provided unlike other Japanese hotels I have stayed . Lots of food options around , 10 mins walk to Osaka station .

There is a direct elevator to the train station. Nearest coin laundry is 15min walk away.

Good location near many restaurants and the Umeda Hub - we stay already the 2. time here in Osaka With good breakfast and coffee

Love the location, your friendly staff at the reception counter as well as the staff at the breakfast premises who are ever ready to help & never fails to replenish the various food at the table

We stayed here for slightly over a week, during which the quality was not as good as the initial few days. Eg. breakfast buffet variety decreased, housekeeping at the level we stayed was not as good as the previous time (many amenities were not replenished even after 2-3 days). Hygiene was of a concern too: at breakfast, the clean utensils were placed where the shelf of dirty dishes were being cleared! The good thing is that the hotel staff are helpful and friendly.

Twin room was bigger than the usual hotel rooms in Japan. Very close to both Osaka Station and Umeda subway station making it very convenient for day trips to surrounding cities

Room is small but location is very very good. You can go to hotel from underground street. It is very useful in rainy days. Room is clean and staffs are helpful.
