恢復出境後，時隔五年再次到訪大阪，看了很久的酒店，還是選擇了五年前入住過的新大谷，當時的印象就非常不錯。 位置：位於大阪城公園東北角，主打一個環境幽靜，離熱鬧的京橋商店街走路也就十分鐘，如果不打算大量購物的人，這家酒店地理位置還是很不錯的。 交通：附近三個站，步行基本都在十分鐘以內，可以坐到大阪地下鐵長堀橋線直達心齋橋，有京阪電車可以直接去到京都衹園和三條，還有大阪行最常做的jr環狀線（usj，機場，神户都可以到） 設施：很難想象是一家於1986年開業的酒店，設施維護的非常棒 衞生：和設施一樣，作為一家老牌的日本品牌酒店，衞生打掃的乾乾淨淨，沒有任何不舒適的地方 服務：一如既往維持着一個高標準的服務內容 以後來大阪基本不出意外地首選了

We had a wonderful stay in the Imperial Hotel Osaka. We were in Osaka for a long weekend and the hotel was an oasis of calm during our time there. The views over the river and the city looking up to the hills was very calming. The staff are very polite and helpful, we were travelling with our young baby and they went out of their way to be helpful. The Japanese breakfast was also excellent (we didn't try the other breakfast this time).

location is right in front of the subway station and very convenient to go anywhere since there are 2 subway stations near by the hotel. However, if you wanna go to city centre like namba/umeda, u can walk but may still need to take subway. (I choose this hotel after considering with a hotel in Namba since I thought I could find more local restaurants, but actually many places closed early...) Overall service are great, but would be better for trainee to do the check-in process with a senior staff since it took a longer process than normal and made a few mistakes although she was super kind. Staffs are all nice and very helpful! Facilities are so clean and the public bath is also good to try!

The room we stayed smelled like cigarettes or curry. But the front staffs & location of the hotel was perfect. We will recommend to our friends & surely will stay again in the same hotel, when we come back but hopefully, not the same room!

Das große Bad ist sauber und komfortabel, ich wiederhole es. Vom Freibad aus können Sie den Himmel sehen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Zimmer ist entspannend mit ruhigen Farben. Da sich der Convenience Store im selben Gebäude befindet, ist es sehr bequem zum Einkaufen und Essen. Auch den Kindern gefällt es sehr gut.

I've traveled Japan quite extensively, and so far, this is the one of the best hotel (for it's value) that I've ever stayed in. At first, I had doubts on the hotel location, seeing that I'm travelling with infant and a big luggage, but to my surprise the location is quite convenient. The connection to the subway station and JR station means you can visit almost every tourist attraction in Osaka. Just a few steps from the subway exit, the hotel provides a shuttle bus which operates every 15-minutes. Although, putting big luggage into the minibus was quite a challenge, once seated in the bus you can breathe a sigh of relief. The receptionist speaks English, so the check-in process is quite hassle free. There's a Family Mart behind the hotel in case you are looking for something to eat at night as the area is quite quiet at night. Inside the hotel there are coin operated laundry, vending machine and ice machine so your basic necessities are covered. I stayed in the Superior Room, which is the biggest room they have to offer us there. It was quite spacious and luxurious, and we really enjoyed the bathtub, which was a relief after a few days of staying in small hotel rooms of Kyoto. The view from the room is spectacular. You can continuously enjoy the view of Osaka Castle in the morning and at night. It must have been much more spectacular once the Sakura trees surrounding the castle is in full bloom. The only thing that I could nitpick on the room is that the bed and the pillow should've been as plush as the room. The breakfast menu is not quite extensive, nevertheless it is quite delicious. I will definitely stay in KKR Hotel Osaka again for my next trip.

Als neuer Zusatz zur Toyoko Inn-Kette bin ich beeindruckt, ein berühmtes Zimmerdesign mit einigen upgraded Funktionen zu sehen. Zunächst und am wichtigsten, USB-Ladeeinrichtung wird eingeführt, so dass Reisende nicht mehr brauchen, ihre eigenen Plug-Adapter zu bringen. Zweitens ist die Dekoration des Zimmers schöner geworden, mit einer Wand in chic grün gemalt. In-Room-WLAN ist natürlich vorhanden. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer guten Lage, nur 8 Gehminuten vom JR Sakuranomiya Station entfernt, die auf der Osaka Loop Line ist und nur 2 Stationen von der Hauptstation Osaka entfernt. Das Hotel ist zwar von ”Liebesmotelli” umgeben, ist aber auch an der Sakuranomiya-Shrine und dem Flusspark, der wirklich schöne Cherryblumenbäume hatte. Als wir im April verblieben, waren die Blumen wirklich großartig. Das Frühstück war nicht frillig und typisch Toyoko-Stil. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Ich würde gerne hier nochmal bleiben.
