We stayed for 5 nights in the X-Alp hotel during our summer holiday/honeymoon. Everything was perfect! The staff helped us to plan our daily activities and they're extremely friendly and helpful both in the reception and in the restaurant. The spa section was tastefully decorated and a perfect ending for an active day on the mountains. The breakfast wasn't so versatile, but you find every morning something to fill up your plate. The best thing in the breakfast was the cake table with several different tasty pleasures. Kiitos, kaikki oli erinomaista! :)

Excellent value hotel and a great location for exploring the Italian Alps. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was clean, cozy and incredibly warm, which was appreciated given the -9 degrees outside. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast included in the price had a great variety of hot and cold food, good coffee, pastries, cakes and fresh fruit. Would gladly come back again.

We stayed for 5 nights during the last week of September and our first time in the Dolomites. It was centrally located in town and the bus stop is just in front of the hotel. It was in a great location where everything is close by. We walked everywhere which was great especially after a long hike in the Val Gardena mountains. We ate dinner in restaurants close by. At check in, the reception gave us a transportation pass that was good for public transportation which we used a lot to get around Val Gardena so we just left our car in the parking lot. We knew ahead of time that we had to pay for parking and the garage is just next to the hotel. The staff were awesome and very friendly. The breakfast was very filling and they offered a variety of food and drinks. I typically don’t eat pastries and the croissants were delicious. The servers at breakfast were the best and they serve coffee/cappuccino fresh. We used the jacuzzi everyday after our hike and it was a plus especially since it had beautiful Mountain View and the cable cars going up to Alpe di Suisi. We had a standard room with a good view of the city center. It was surprisingly quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

Wir haben im Alpina Dolomites Hotel im Zeitraum von 14-28 Februar geblieben. Dies war unser zweiter Aufenthalt nach dem ersten im März 23.“ Lage: Das Hotel befindet sich direkt im Zentrum der Seiser Alm / Alpe Di Suisi Skiregion. Nach dem Verlassen des Skiraums befinden Sie sich in der Nähe aller Schienen um. Sie können auch innerhalb von 30” in die anderen Skigebiete innerhalb von Sella Ronda übertragen. Sie können nicht bessere Lage als diese haben. Das Essen: Drei verschiedene Restaurants, die eine große Vielfalt an Lebensmitteln dienen. Es gibt einen Chalet mit perfekt gemachten Steaks , Italien mit leckeren Meeresfrüchten und die Internationale Gastgeber Frühstück und Abendessen im typischen Tyrol-Stil sowie internationale Quisie . Die Kinder und Erwachsene liebten sich jeder Moment davon. Das Personal: das gesamte Personal, beginnend mit Rezeption, Restaurantchefs und Wächter, Hauspflege und Unterstützung waren dankbar ! Besondere Dank an Goran für die Hilfe mit allem bei der Ankunft und Maja für wunderbare Unterhaltungszeit mit den Kindern. Letztlich aber nicht zuletzt - Management ist immer da, um sicherzustellen, dass alles gut ist. Einrichtungen: Alle Einrichtungen-Restaurants, Pools, Sauna sind in perfekten Bedingungen und gut gepflegt. SPA ist auch dort am besten serviert. Wir waren sehr glücklich mit unserem Aufenthalt und wir werden sicher zurück sein .

Extremely relaxed and comfortable hotel where the staff are the highlight, above even the excellent facilities. Whether front desk, bar, restaurant or housekeeping, everyone was courteous, helpful and clearly well trained (or experienced). By way of example, we never had to remind anyone of our room number and the housekeeping managed to clean and tidy the room every day while we were at breakfast - it just happened. Rooms very comfortable with a good view down Val Gardena. Website photos give an accurate impression - with excellent heating and hot water, wifi and quality linens. Location is superb. Literally right next to Nives drag lift, which is quiet but also provides a very convenient way to sneak onto the Ronda circuit or drop into Selva for the Plan Gralba or an excursion elsewhere. There is ski rental across the road too, and the hotel can print ski pass for you if you pre-book via Dolomitic website. Could not be easier. Spa has three saunas, plenty of loungers, infinite towels and a very relaxed atmosphere, despite being in the basement. Restaurant B24 also excellent - I will add a separate review for evening meals. For breakfast, a superb selection of fruit, cereals, yogurts, patisserie, juices, cheese, speck etc. hot options are limited to eggs, bacon and sausage - but you’d be missing the best bits if you skip patisserie and many breads. Highly recommended.

Das ist Ihr Zeichen, hierher zu kommen! Das Personal, die Zimmer und das Essen waren wirklich hervorragend. Wir waren in der Gegend unterwegs, als wir leider den Schlüssel zu unserem Transporter verloren und damit auch unsere Unterkunft, Transportmittel und Habseligkeiten verloren. Der Hoteldirektor und seine Mitarbeiter waren in all unseren Schwierigkeiten die hilfsbereitesten Menschen. Die Gegend rund um das Hotel ist atemberaubend und man könnte im Grunde wochenlang hier herumwandern, kein schlechter Ort, um dort festzusitzen. Ein großes Dankeschön an Utia de Börz und ihr großes Herz für ihre Hilfe und die tolle Erfahrung!
