You will enjoy the sun or the refreshing shade of the large trees while listening to the cicadas singing, lying on the deckchairs. Landscaped pétanque (garden shed, fridge, tables and chairs, lighting), ping pong table, large meadow where young and old can play football, volleyball, badminton. From the terrace you access the studio on the one hand (double bed, shower room, wc, small fitted kitchen), ideal for a couple with a baby (bed, high chair) and on the other hand at home ; on the ground floor kitchen, dining room, living room, beautiful vaulted rooms which keep a pleasant freshness and open onto a small shaded courtyard, where you can isolate yourself. From the staircase you reach a beautiful vaulted room with exposed stones; on the first floor, the spacious bathroom with shower cabin and wc faces the second bedroom open onto a small terrace covered by a trellis. A few steps higher, a large room (fireplace, piano) opens onto the third bedroom and the small shower room + wc. The staircase extends to the mezzanine where there are two double beds located on either side of this bright place offering a magnificent view from east to west (from the hills of Sérignac to the Pic St Loup).
