Antique House Cappadocia

We stayed for a couple of nights here. The rooms given to us were quite big. Good service. This is the first time we stayed in a cave hotel, so the experience was good. Taxis are easily available near the hotel to go to Gerome area where you can do the adventure activities. The hotel is in the ortahisar area, which is about 10 to 15 minutes' drive from the Gerome area.

The hotel staff are so welcoming and hospitable. It's a beautiful underground and antique hotel experience... The hotel is just 50 meters from the town square. Lots of places to explore and a mini supermarket and restaurants for meals. It makes a really nice break from the monotony of standard hotels that, after a while, all feel the same. Highly recommended this place

We had room 405. It was humid, hot, the walls were mouldy and dank and the air was stale and musky. It was like walking into an Egyptian Sarcophagus! To make matters worse there is no A/C. It is the lowest room in the hotel. Our itinerary said we would be staying at the Antique House and somehow we ended up in Luna Cave Hotel down through the back door. There is no privacy latch or internal lock on the door from inside, so to secure yourself you had to key lock yourself into the room, which is a fire escape hazard! But we couldn’t even lock our door as we had to leave the door ajar to get some fresh air. The room had little privacy as it was a communal entry with the room next door. A pump somewhere outside kept running for a short cycle every 15 minutes! We didn’t sleep at all. Shame on you Trip a Deal! This is no way to treat your touring guests…..Doesn’t deserve one star!

The hotel, located just a 10-minute taxi ride away from Goreme, is easily accessible and boasts a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and I was warmly welcomed by the hotel staff. The cleanliness of the hotel deserves a perfect score of 10/10. From the lobby to my room, everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Speaking of the room, while I can't recall the specific type, it provided utmost comfort. The bed and furniture were of excellent quality, guaranteeing a restful sleep. The cleanliness in the room was equally outstanding, earning another 10/10. In the morning, I had the pleasure of enjoying the hotel's breakfast, which was very good. The variety and quality of the offerings were impressive, providing a satisfying start to the day. Although I did not have the opportunity to experience the hotel's on-site restaurants or additional services, I can vouch for the high level of customer service provided by the hotel staff. Mr. Savas and his family, who manage the hotel, were incredibly hospitable, making me feel like a valued guest. They even went the extra mile to assist me in arranging local transportation, ensuring I could explore the nearby tourist attractions conveniently. The hotel's Wi-Fi service was reliable and easily accessible, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. Moreover, the noise level was impressively low, providing a peaceful and serene ambiance. Ultimately, what made my stay at Antique House Hotel truly memorable was the caring and loving nature of the family running the establishment. Their genuine warmth and attention to detail made me feel right at home, adding a personal touch that sets this hotel apart. In conclusion, Antique House Hotel in Cappadocia is a hidden gem that offers an exceptional experience. With its remarkable cleanliness, comfortable rooms, convenient location, attentive staff, and delicious breakfast, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay in the area.

My wife and I stayed in this property for 2 days and we loved it. The place is beautifully maintained with the scenic view of capacodica. The rate is not expensive but the service is top notch :) And the staff... They were the sweetest. They are very very friendly and they took care of us really well. I am a vegetarian and they made special vegetarian food just for me. Thanks a lot to Latifa, ayfair,mehmood, Ismail, savaash and aamir. It was a very special trip to us and these guys made it very special for us.
