El hotel está muy nuevo, las camas muy cómodas y la habitación amplia. Muy muy cerca del centro. El personal muy atento. Tienen una máquina de café gratis en la cafetería para que la utilicen los clientes cuando quieran, además de café, chocolate, infusión, etc. El parking es amplio pero se puede aparcar sin dificultad un par de manzanas más abajo y si no hay suerte en la calle Fernando el Católico mucho aparcamiento y está a cinco minutos andando.

Wir buchen dieses Hotel, um einfach zu schlafen und morgens weiter zu reisen, und das haben wir getan. Wir sind kurz vor 10 Uhr gekommen, und während wir die Check-in machen, haben wir gefragt, dort zu essen und uns gesagt, wir hätten schon etwas gefragt, weil die Küche um 10 Uhr geschlossen war. Wir konnten nicht essen, was wir wollten, aber zumindest haben sie uns ein Stück Tortilla und eine Salat gemacht, auch wenn wir laufen. Er ist dankbar, weil wir müde waren und eine frische und windige Nacht machten und uns nichts annehmen wollten und nach etwas gehen. Während wir uns zum Abendessen verließen, gingen wir aus dem Gepäck und sahen, dass es ein Bett fehlte, wir hatten für 3 gebucht, wir haben es im Rezeption gemeldet und als sie zurückkam, das war ja, wenn das Zimmer schon klein war, sie haben es mit Schuhen geklaut. Außerdem war es halb geschwollen, die 3 Betten gefickt, keine Platz für uns zu bewegen, ziemlich unbehaglich. Wir hatten das Frühstück inbegriffen, sehr Basis, kalt eingebettet, Früchte und Kekserei, das unmögliche Brot zu brächten, es musste 4 Mal in die Maschine gesetzt werden. Das Essen mit Kunststofftisch und -stolen, von der Terrasse und ziemlich schmutzigen roten Manteln, die sich nicht änderten. Sowohl in der Bar als auch im Rezeption, wie auch im Frühstück fehlt es persönlich, nur eine Person zu servieren, zu sammeln, wieder zu setzen .... ist unmöglich. Sie sind nichts angenehm die Wahrheit, sie sehen aus wie ein Verstopfer und nicht genießen ihre Arbeit.

Es ist kein Hotel, das sich für einen Besuch in Castellon City entschieden hat, sondern ein einfaches Hotel, das während des Fahrens mit dem Auto gewählt wurde. Der Preis ist günstig und das Zimmer ist geräumig, aber die Einrichtungen sind alt. Das Parkplatz ist gut, es gibt eine Parkgebühr von 9 Euro, und es gibt März und Interstadt-Busterminals in der Nähe. A superbly comfortable room in a large modern hotel in a central location. The room and bathroom were very spacious and well lit with a comfortable bed and 2 comfortable armchairs. Tea/coffee making facilities are provided along with everything you might need for a comfortable stay in Castellon. An added bonus was the large balcony with views over the city. The hotel is centrally located on a quite street five minutes walk from the plaza mayor with an onsite restaurant/bar and close to a choice of other places to eat. Sehr schöne Lage und sehr gute Preis-Leistungs-und freundliches Personal. Betätigt Semana Santa. Wir hatten hier Familienbesuch. Und bleiben für eine Nacht . Nahe dem Strand, nahe dem Dorfzentrum. Rezeption und Restaurant-Personal sind sehr freundlich. Frühstück sehr nett. Vielleicht ein Kommentar für Kaffeemaschine, sie sollten einen Americano Kaffee haben.

Love this hotel. The beach is a 3 mins walk to the beach. The hotel has 2 pools, gym and a spa. We had the Supreme room with 2 queen size beds, perfect for a family of 4. Room is clean and modern with separate shower and bath. Downside is the bathroom doesn’t have a door so if someone is using the toilet, you could hear it LOL. Buffet breakfast was very good. Lunch and dinner at their restaurant is also buffet style. We had dinner at their restaurant for our entire stay and every night the food was varied and different dishes. The spa was also very good. They have massage pool, dry and steam sauna. I also opted for a body massage and it was very good. Spa prices are not expensive. Parking is not covered but it is free. You can park around the streets of the hotel or at the back of the hotel there is a parking space for guest. Definitely would love to come back to this hotel.

What could have been a bad experience was saved by the front desk staff going beyond the call of duty. We arrived to find that there was a bikers convention with over 200 bikers staying. Despite that the front desk staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. Excellent service, thank you!
