Sehr schön und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfreich. Ich habe meinen Ladegerät und meinen Ring verlassen. Dankeschön sind die Mitarbeiter ehrlich und sie behalten meine Sachen, bis ich sie zurück habe. sehr schönes Hotel

The room was adequate for a short stay. It had the basic amenities needed, though nothing particularly stood out. The bed was comfortable enough, and the room was clean. However, the overall experience was fairly average, with no major issues but also nothing exceptional to note. It served its purpose.

The hotel is quite old which shows on the appliances like the ref, kettle, telephone (which stopped working during our stay). Also the exhaust fan in the CR makes a weird loud noise. We stayed in the 4th floor which has very limited coverage of their wifi. Idk though which area has good coverage But I commend the cleanliness of the room though, no itchy feeling. It's old but clean 👍 Lastly, the view is nice from the balcony but you won't really be able to stay outside since there are a lot of people on the other side(ormoc park)

Worst experience is you will wake up in past 3am because of the ring of the bell from near Church

Im Hotel habe ich nichts zu essen 🍽️, aber vor mir 12PM Es gibt einen offenen # Nachtmarkt, so empfehlen Sie, dort lokales Essen, Mittagessen und Abendessen zu genießen 🧡. Nachdem, etwa 5 Minuten, gibt es aber ein berühmter Pizzaladen 🍕 vor Ort. Ich werde Fotos ❗️ posten

The room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided. Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below. Overall experience, average.

Easy check-in and out. Very good (central) location. The room was tidy, very clean, good beds, big cabinets, very good wifi; shower & bathroom very fine. Unlimited cold 6 hot water. Additional free breakfast (very fine). The value for money is perfect. Once I come back to Ormoc, I would book this hotel again. No regrets, no complaints, very friendly and helpful staff.
