"The room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided.
Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below.
Overall experience, average."

"Easy check-in and out. Very good (central) location. The room was tidy, very clean, good beds, big cabinets, very good wifi; shower & bathroom very fine. Unlimited cold 6 hot water. Additional free breakfast (very fine). The value for money is perfect. Once I come back to Ormoc, I would book this hotel again. No regrets, no complaints, very friendly and helpful staff."

12PM Es gibt einen offenen # Nachtmarkt, so empfehlen Sie, dort lokales Essen, Mittagessen und Abendessen zu genießen 🧡. Nachdem, etwa 5 Minuten, gibt es aber ein berühmter Pizzaladen 🍕 vor Ort. Ich werde Fotos ❗️ posten"

"Its a good place to stay becos is clean and paecefull place. Its located 500 meters to Ronbinson Mall and there are Mc Donalds and Jolibee very near even is not in downtown. The room is very clean and the workers are very kind with costumers."

"Not sure if other hotels have or do not have hot water for shower. GV Hotel does not, please note. Also the shower is spacious but no seperate cubicle. The whole floor gets wet as you shower, may be a common feature in the tropical cities. Nevertheless, the proximity to SM Mall is the best feature, you can get everything in the Hypermarket and most of the popular food outlets under one roof, just a 2 minute walk opposite the same street. If you want to try the BBQ style, please visit first floor with very reasonable price. see photo here showing the menu."

"They are selling a 18 m2 room. They want to deliver an 8 m2 room. I objected, they showed me a 12 m2 room. I accepted so that there would be no kava. They did this again in Manila. Write honestly what the room size is. It is a very ugly behavior to market a room that does not exist. People are shocked at the reception with their suitcases."
