HomeTowne Studios Orlando - UCF Area

We couldn’t even stay there. The room had cockroaches, smelled terrible, and the entire place felt unsafe. To make matters worse, there were police officers on the property investigating a person who was lying on the ground just outside the rooms. They were trying to determine whether the person was dead, *********, or simply intoxicated. It was a very disturbing and frightening experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. In my opinion, places with these conditions should not be allowed to operate.

My daughters and me we stay a night to be ready next day to participate at UCF in my daughter induction to be a new student in UCF. The place was good maybe not the best but at least acceptable to sleep a night.

It wasn't to bad. Just needs a little TLC. The location that it is in is perfect

It is like home away from home..you have everything there..The location is good , and the staff is very nice.

Not bad hotel. .rooms not bad. Front desk People were. Very helpful. . Lots places around hotel area.

The staff was great, including the office during check in and the property maintenance that helped me early morning to check out before the office opened. The property itself is decently maintained, considering it's an older property. Has a fridge, sink, and microwave in the unit. Cleaning could have been a little deeper/better for the bathroom. Pricing was fair and matches the unit. Overall 4/5 for me and would stay her again in the future.

For a two day stay it was good bcuz I just wanted to rest n that’s what I did the room was clean it was pleasant just needs a little cleaning up out.side of the room

Nice room with full size refrigerator, 2 stove top burner and microwave. Room was clean but I did kill 3 roaches in my room. With proper extermination it would be a nice hotel.
