Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites - Waterpark, an IHG Hotel Bewertungen

Zahlreiche Verstöße gegen den Kodex, darunter die abgelaufene Zertifizierung von Hotelaufzügen. Als ich im Hotel ankam, zahlte ich aufgrund der Resortgebühren und des Parkens das Doppelte. Resorteinrichtungen wie der große Pool wurden alle geschlossen

Der Hotelpool war wegen Reparaturarbeiten geschlossen, das Einchecken dauerte fast eine Stunde. Ich konnte nicht schlafen, weil die Gäste nach 23:00 Uhr brüllten und fluchten. Wir mussten den Sicherheitsdienst rufen, um sie zum Anhalten zu bewegen. Das Frühstück kostete 60 $ für 2 Personen, während es für 19 $ pro Person angekündigt war. Konnte keinen Sitzplatz am überfüllten Wasserpark bekommen. Musste den Hausmeister um Toilettenpapier bitten und ein Zimmermädchen für Handtücher finden. Die Hotelgebühren waren doppelt so hoch wie angegeben. Ich bin sehr verärgert und werde diese App möglicherweise nie wieder verwenden

We checked in around 7 pm with a gentleman that has a unique name should have told him to write it down I apologize but I hope you get recognition he checked us in and we were on our way to enjoy the resort unfortunately 3 hours later we noticed our ac not working and I told him about he said I'll said a tech when we came back in wasn't fixed so I called front desk and James answered apologizing about the situation and that unfortunately he couldn't do anything till the mornin, in the morning Zoe and Jillian helped my family with our extension and were able to move us to a more comfortable room with a working ac thank you all so much for going above and beyond we had a blast!! Definitely going back!!

1. we booked and prepaid our hotel booking for 5 nights, july 5 to july 11. 2. unfortunately when we arrived midnight after our long travel from las vegas with my family on this vacation trip, there was no room available according to our booking which was for a two bedroom suite, one queen and two double beds. 3. they accommodated us on a different room type. upon entering the room we found a foul smelling stench coming from the bathroom, the bathtub had a stagnant water with a small dead spider inside it. 4. we complained to front desk nishomi about the foul stench and if they can send a lysol to tame down the smell but they shouted at us and told us to go to the front desk, check out, and leave the hotel immediately. 5. to make things worst, that morning we complained to the duty manager lydia, and she also told us to check out and leave the hotel premises. 6. we have been long staying at holiday inn resorts and waterpark orlando since 2015 and has been a go to vacation place for us, sadly we wont be staying at this property anymore in the future. good luck to the rest of the customers being mistreated, we hope everyone shares their bad experience.
