You can't find better location than this !!! Walking distance to the teleferik station, downtown and the seaside.
Very clean .
Lots of restaurants and coffee shops around.
Just an advice avoid the 4th floor as it is little bit noisy because the restaurant is directly on top of it .Also take a deluxe room with sea view even if you pay more ,the standard room is very small.
I will book here again when I am in ordu.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, The first night as soon as we walked through to our room it smelt very horrible as to which we have realised it was coming from the bathroom like a sewage smell. We didn’t say anything as we were really tired, middle of the night it smelt worse and my pregnant wife wasn’t comfortable which we have then emailed the agent for a refund. They were unable to compensate us but they were happy to give us an upgrade to another room.
The second room smelt like cigarettes attached to everything such as curtains, service was good and location was great just not the rooms.

Good hotel in the city center. We had a pleasant stay and liked the view while having breakfast. The parking lots are limited but the friendly staff helps to manage all cars safely and orderly. Rooms are absolutely okay for the price. The cinema theme creates a cosy atmosphere.

Ordu 시내에서 접근성이 아주 최고이며 조식도 맛있습니다
바로 시내이며 앞은 바다 그리고 20분안에 걸어다니면 동네사람처럼 다 외웁니다 공항에서는 25분 거리이며

Even though they have "smoke-free" signs everywhere, the entire place stinks with smoke. I asked them for a smoke-free room and they said they don't have any smoke-free rooms. This was the biggest bummer to me.
The also charge you per person even if you have a room that "sleeps 3". I get this, but it was annoying at the same time. We ended up having to pay for 2 rooms for me and my kids.
Their breakfast options are decent. They have a variety of healthy options.

What a difference a year makes! We were disappointed with the size and condition of our “nonsmoking” room. The standard room was extremely small and poorly lit. We stayed at this property a year ago exactly. In fact, the main reason we stopped in Ordu was the great stay we had in Sinema hotel. This year The property seemed rundown and the staff was not much better. One example was when the breakfast staff(named canan ) scoffed when we asked for something as simple as olive oil.
