"We stayed at The Richland for 2 nights. There was a wedding there on the second night (about 150 people with a very loud band (up to 75dB loud!). We were told this two nights before we arrived. They assured us that the band would end at 10 PM, but the band played until 10:30, with the guests roaming the hallways up to 10:45PM. I’ve read that any noise above 70 dB is ‘disturbing’ and can attest to the fact that it made sleep impossible. It was duplicitous that the hotel did not tell us about the wedding until 2 days before our arrival - ensuring that we could not find an alternative place to stay. We travel a lot and this was our worst experience ever! Adding to the insult is that we later found out that this is a frequent occurrence (I.e., not telling unsuspecting people about a wedding until two nights before they were to check in). Not only that, but the wedding guests totally overwhelmed the space, leaving no room for other guests to sit outside and relax in the sun - or sit inside and read. This is also the worst review I have ever left about a travel experience."

"Sie werden kaum eine schönere Unterkunft zu diesem Preis finden. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Saubere Unterkunft. Bequeme Anbindung an Disneyland mit dem ART-Bus. Direkt nebenan befindet sich das Outlet-Center mit zahlreichen Restaurants in der Nähe. Freundliches Personal. Bar und Restaurant sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Abends gab es Live-Musik in der Bar. Das Parken kostete 35 $ pro Nacht. Der Parkplatz war überbucht, und einige Gäste parkten, wo immer sie Platz fanden. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Matratzen sind abgenutzt. Sie waren zwar nicht unbequem, aber man sieht ihnen ihr Alter an und sie sollten ausgetauscht werden."

Lovely room - decor was spot on, a/c worked well during the unseasonable heat wave. Loved the on site parking and easy access to downtown Orange, the friendly service, and the breakfast spread. Definitely a repeat!"

"I stayed here for two nights to watch an MLB game and visit California Disney. This time I traveled by public transport, and the bus stop was right in front, which was convenient. The parking lot was also large, so it was good for people using rental cars. The hotel rooms were very spacious, and there was a pool and jacuzzi, so it was comfortable. Breakfast was included, and I was very satisfied with fruit, yogurt, etc. The welcome coffee service was also good. All the staff were also very friendly and greeted me often. I would like to use this hotel again next time."
