I would never recccomend this hotel To anyone.. the location and view are nice but really not worth it.. the staff the cleaning ladys the way they treat u everything is 0 they want only money from u and they are thieves they stole my shirt.. i was very shocked what happend to me in this hotel i checked out 2 days after.. i told the staff what happend to me and they didnt even care.. my room Was dirty and when i checked in i got my room like this! Never sty in this hotel Please.

在地中海邊,不過酒店旁邊沒有沙灘,周邊也沒多少商業。酒店設施總體比較新,但服務人員素質參差不齊,個別人員態度惡劣。另外,房間沒有毛巾,晚上讓送毛巾,催促多次,第二天早上才送來。

I stayed at the Four Point by Sheraton Oran from the 29th of July until the 1st of August 2024. The location of the hotel offers a breathtaking view on the sea and part of the city. Some staff members are very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant and bar service is a catastrophe. The staff members are incompetent. The quality of the food is questionable. On my second day, the bar had no beverage anymore... so there was nothing to drink besides beer and water. Prices for F&A are therefore way too high. Better take a walk for 10 minutes and visit the restaurant located in "Burj Wahran", quality and service are exceptional. A lot of moisture in the shower... not very pleasant and acceptable for a 4-star-hotel.

Clean modern room and friendly staff. The views from this hotel are amazing. Check the views from the gym. The food was fresh with good selection and the bar was lively. Thank you Laziz. Not far from the hotel is fort of Santa Cruz which is worth a visit.

The stay was great, I came from Dubai to Oran, for the first time, thanks to sofiane of the reception for making the stay memorable with his assistance from the check in until the last night of the stay, I want to thank all the staff for always smiling and doing their best.

Enjoyed my stay in Oran at the four point, nice and modern place providing all the needed commodities. Stepping in the lobby I was immediately impressed by the beautiful and cozy reception area. Very welcoming staff throughout the whole hotel particularly Charaf, Sidahmed and Sofiane who made the check in and my journey very smooth

Not easy getting people that speaks English. Hamza did our checkin and was very helpful and friendly. Thanks to Karim for taking us to the airport. Note: couldn’t use my GHD didn’t have a travel adapter with me, hotel also didn’t have any available for me to use.

Four Points by Sheraton is simply a great  hotel, i have booked 2 nights via Marriott Bonvoy app for my cousin and her husband (a honeymooners) • Pros : • A special mention must be made for Mr Yacine Bekka for his professionalism, I certainly do appreciate his help. • Greeted on arrival by Mrs Hasnia from security agents team, who was very warm and welcoming, such a kind Lady. • Smooth check-in process done by Mr Hamza Ayed, who was friendly, he made us feel at home with a pleasant greeting and cheerful conversation. • Room 520 was nice and well turned out with a lovely bathroom. •  Comfort level was good. • Cos : • First, I have joined the hotel customer service via "Marriott Bonvoy app on chat" asking for help to decorate the room, the person who replied was the operator I think, she only repeated twice "it is not possible Madame" ! Without giving a single solution! Well you could tell me that in a different way and different words. • Second, room keycard didn’t work (minor inconvenience, it happens), we went back down to the desk to have it restriped , front desk was completely overwhelmed, I've asked a receptionist whose name is "Rania" to do it, she said "ok" but she seemed to be busy with the House keeping Manager and another person on the computer!!! And let us wait 15mintues on the front desk (No smile, no apology) What a shame! • For all I know that the hotel receptionist must maintain a high level of professionalism in dealing with guests, he or she is very courteous, efficient and smiling, he or she can handle with different requests at the same time (answering the phone, giving some information at the desk ...). He is an organised individual unfortunately that wasn't the case with these two employees. They need better training. Now let's talk about F&B service, breakfast wasn't included with room, Mr Hamza Ayed has well explained that at the check-in moment and I told as well my cousin and her husband to pay it directly in the restaurant. On Friday morning, they took breakfast and wanted to pay it, my cousin said "we want to pay our breakfast please", the waiter was rational to check that with the reception desk and they told them "it is included ,don't pay !" In addition, on the check out moment, the guests were aware and said for the last time "do we have something to pay?" the receptionnist said "No" ! What a terrible service! Then to make it worse, on the same day I have received a phone call from the hotel front office to tell me to come to pay their breakfast ! That's not cool Marriott international, it's a shame that issues are not resolved quickly. Furthermore, I have paid their breakfast few days later, although it was the restaurant's mistake and also the reception's fault. To put it in a nutshell, this is a nice hotel that would be excellent should the above points be addressed by management. Good luck to all.

I’m a regular guest the last time I went I was stopped in the entrance by the security called Ibrahim according to him I was blacklisted and asked why but no reason I asked to see the supervisor or someone in charge to explain to me why and he refused to contact them, The security staff are poorly educated and they talk to the guests in a very rude manner.

Rooms very nice, staff friendly but not well trained. When you sit outside on Terrasse they not even look to you, looks like they are hopelessly overwhelmed. Also there the last evening to less tables. A professional Training will help them very much.

Plus - Excellent personnel, special thanks to Mohamed, Karim, Zakaria and all the crew in the restaurant, reception and all over the hotel - Amazing location and view - very clean place Minus - I do not know why the jacuzzi became suddenly paying (between April and May) - wifi is very poor in the room and not working outside (terrace) - The restaurant is way too small - Elevators need set up - The hotel accepts people from outside who come to have drinks generally on the terrace, and it is quite impossible for in-house guests to find places - front area (behind the terrace fence) is very dirty, people do throw bottles, plastics, cigaret packs... and may be the area could be cleaned
