Freundliches und angenehmes Personal trotz unserer super späten Ankunft. Hervorragende Raumdekoration für unsere Hochzeit. Einziger Nachteil: Das Frühstück war nicht abwechslungsreich genug und wir wollten die Badewanne benutzen, aber das Wasser war braun. Danach ist es nicht die Schuld des Personals, aber es hätte nachsehen sollen. Sauberes Zimmer und bequemes Bett.

Das Frühstück ist sehr dürftig. Das Doppelbett ist auch sehr klein. Den Preis nicht wert. Auch rund um das Hotel ist es sehr dürftig!

Der Service von A chaimaa, Hichan und Youghanta war ausgezeichnet. Der Service ist insgesamt gut. Alle Leute sind sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Ich mag das Hotel. Die Lage ist gut und der Preis des Hotels auch. Die Sauberkeit ist insgesamt gut. Alle Leute kommunizieren auch gut miteinander.

Die Zimmer waren genau das, was wir brauchten – sauber, komfortabel und mit einem Hauch von Eleganz. Wir schätzten besonders die Ruhe, die das Entspannen nach einem Tag voller Stadterkundungen zu einem wahren Vergnügen machte. Das Hotel selbst liegt in der Nähe der Innenstadt. Das Personal war auch unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich und immer bereit, dafür zu sorgen, dass wir einen großartigen Aufenthalt hatten. Danke an Jalil an der Rezeption. Der einzige negative Punkt war das Wasser, das eine gelbliche Farbe hatte. Ich würde das Colombe Hotel auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen, der nach einer komfortablen und stilvollen Unterkunft in Oran sucht.

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with fresh local options. Very friendly, helpful staff from the front desk employees (“Sheima”) all the way to the cleaning staff. Good selection at breakfast with very solicitous staff who even made me an omelette upon special request. Will definitely stay here next time in Oran.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the politeness and helpfulness of the staff. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a truly romantic ambiance. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the delicious dinner. The food was of excellent quality and well presented. We also enjoyed the breakfast, especially the attentive service of the hardworking waiter. While there was no private parking, the security measures in place provided us with peace of mind. Furthermore, the hotel staff went above and beyond by assisting my wife in obtaining necessary medication during her illness. This thoughtful gesture truly touched us. it has to be the best hotel I've ever stayed in, everything about it screams comfort and I'm living for it, from how welcoming the workers are and how comfortable the rooms are, to how tasty the food is, it made me feel at ease, it felt like home the moment I set foot in this hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed : they are spacious, clean and organized, have a good air conditioner which is perfect for summer vacations, the furniture is very practical and easy to use, the beds are very comfortable and the pillows are fluffy, the blankets are so light yet warm which made me fall asleep in seconds, the lights are of good quality and not the ones to hurt one's eyes, its windows allow a good amount of daylight and they're equiped with high quality curtains, the bathroom is neat, basically has everything one needs and it even has a ventilation system to keep it aired after using it. I would also like to thank the workers at the reception,I could only recall Fouzia who considered us family (we did and still do as well) which was very comforting, the team was also kind enough to give us dinner for free when we came back late at night from a deception of another hotel we thought was better than this one, I am now convinced that there's no hotel that could top this one. The janitors also do an outstanding job at keeping the rooms clean as a whistle, clothes as well (laundry system). the internet is excellent too and there are many plugs around the room, when it comes to food, there's a buffet every morning and as someone who doesn't eat much in the morning, I found myself happily eating everything they offered, and it's totally worth it. my only issue with this hotel is that I got too used to staying in it that I no longer want to leave it. 😭😭💟 at the end, I'd like to mention that staying here was the gift my family gave to me after I got a remarkably good grade at the baccalaureate exam and let me tell you this, this, was literally the best gift I could ever receive. if I could give 10 stars I would because this hotel deserves it, as it truly lives up to its name 👌✨⭐
