Simply a great stay. Lisa was so professional, yet gracious with our family. She felt like family from the second we walked in. Everything was clean as good be. Great WiFi, plenty of hot water, and the beds were ultra comfortable. Despite it being a gameday weekend, it didn't feel busy. It was very quiet.

Ich blieb hier eine Nacht, aber hätte das ganze Wochenende geblieben, wenn sie zur Verfügung waren. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Es war ein wenig klein, aber es fühlte sich gemütlich, nicht klaustrophobisch. Ich kam spät und ging früh, so habe ich nicht von ihren Ausstattungen profitiert. Damit würde ich glücklich wieder hier bleiben.

If anything went wrong it went wrong at this hotel. The employees are great but the “general manager” has no leadership. which made the nice employees under her hopeless I was there for 5 nights. My room was never cleaned except the first day when I asked the cleaning crew to please clean it. I went to the front desk and ask them to please clean my room the rest of the stay. It wasn’t cleaned. I asked every day that the missed it and it was not done. The first night my Tv did not work and I called the front desk and they said I had to change the port in the tv from one to two everytime I turn the tv on. Ok I will deal with that but the volume did not work. I called back and they asked if I wanted to change room. This was at 11pm and did it want two move the two of us after we had unpacked for 4 nights. I asked if the maintenance could look at it on Thursday. That night the ac fan did not cut off all night. So that morning I asked if they could look at that also. Did not happen. Called back and talked to front desk and said the maintenance guy left at 4. The only way to stop the fan was to cut off the whole system. At night we had to get up and Cut it off from being cold to hot. They said they would fix TV and ac on Friday. Did not happen. The Saturday night manager came up and could not believe what had happened to us and said she would move us but the hotel was full. So I went to the Sunday morning manager “ the most unprofessional person I meet the whole stay and said” since I refused to move rooms the first night she could do nothing.” My wife and daughter stayed with a friend because ever morning they woke up with sore throats. I was told the general manager would be there on Monday at 6am. I was going to leave at 5 to drive back to Richmond. So I waited and at 6 the front desk person, Very friendly told me that she didn’t come in till after 8:30. I left my number for her to call me when I was in my car. I call back at 2pm and she had left for the day. Left my number again and had never heard back from anyone. I was staying for graduation week and the rates were over $350 a night. Very frustrating. Ich war ein paar Nächte hier, um die Familie zu besuchen, und als ich ankam, fragten sie, ob ich eine Reservierung habe, die ich gemacht habe, sofort alles bereit und nicht, dass dies notwendig ist, Aber ich werde von IHG gefragt, ob ich als Diamant-Mitglied so etwa die Hälfte der Zeit anerkannt würde, ich sage nein, weil die Mitarbeiter nicht fragen und das ist der Fall hier, ich bin nur ein anderer Kunde und das ist okay, aber ich muss IHG das für ihre Aufzeichnungen wissen lassen, Als ich aus dem Hotel ging und bei der Gelegenheit eintrat, nicht ein ”Hallo” nicht ein ”Hey wie sind Sie” ...nichts, nur keine Anerkennung überhaupt und mit diesen 20 und 30 Dingen, habe ich dies, nicht mit der älteren Generation, das Ding, das mich verwirrt ist, sie sind in der ”Hospitality”-Geschäft .....Vertrauen Sie mir ...Nichts Gastfreundliches über das, was ich in letzter Zeit getroffen habe und das ist auch diese Lage, so dass, wenn Sie hier bleiben ....nicht erwarten, dass irgendwelche Freude ....Diese Generation funktioniert nicht so, Nicht sicher, wer sie trainiert oder wo sie ihre Ausbildung erhalten, aber hier ist eine Lektion für y'll .....Wenn Sie im Travel and Guestship Business ....Handle wie es!!! aber ....so glücklich meine Generation wusste, was Gastfreundschaft ist und immer noch tut .....as weit als das Zimmer selbst, Es war nichts besonderes .... Nur Ihr typisches Hotelzimmer und überpreis .... Zweifel Ich werde zurück sein
