Hotellage ist good......Common Bereiche sind gut gepflegt, aber die Zimmer sind nicht so wie in der Fotografie auf der Website ....Restaurant ist nicht gut ***alter, obwohl das Personal gut ist, aber ich finde, es gibt viel Spielraum für Verbesserungen. ...Buffet Frühstück ist gut ....Biryani Geschmack war gut .... Lebensmittel war im Allgemeinen gut ... Ich musste mehr als 30 Minuten warten, damit das Hotelpersonal meine Gepäck beim Abreisen von Zimmern überträgt ..... Es gab eine Menge Unterschiede zwischen dem Preis, wie auf der Check-out erwähnt wurde. trip.com und direkt mit hotel.....Trip.com war weniger für die gleiche Privilege Suite ....

Visited with my family and ***** with my friends. Had a good time and CMH staffs were very friendly and supportive. Expecting CMH to allow the members to accommodate with their children even if they are grown above 12 and not to consider them as adults, because we can't leave them in a sepearete room and we are coming to vacation just to stay together and enjoy together. As long as we can accommodate our children in the available room, CMH should permit us, actually we want to stay comfortably but in the absence of the rooms, CMH should consider this case. Thank you

The property is centrally located and a must visit if you are interested in Victorian architecture. The property is arguably from the British Era(at-least the Victorian suits). The suit rooms are huge and are carved in wood from floor to ceiling. They have an amazing restaurant and the food is yum. F&B manager Bede and his team including Rajesh were ever ready to attend to all our need. I wish Bede managed the entire property as his personal touch was there in every meal served in the restaurant. Veeramuthu from house keeping is another staff who goes extra mile to satisfy his inmates. A must stay in case you are visiting Ooty. NB- try to book suit rooms as there is no balcony attached to the the rooms in this hotel.

Das war unser zweites Mal hier zu bleiben, aber nicht so angenehm dieses Mal. Das Essen war durchschnittlich Und einige der Mitarbeiter haben nicht auf die Zimmerprobleme wie flash nicht am Morgen arbeiten ; anfordern, während der Wartezeit Frühstück zu haben ( die sich wie ein gutes Geste Coz Frühstückszeit war fast vorbei und warum Lebensmittel verschwenden, aber später um Zahlen bitten ( die vorher hätte informiert werden sollen ) Gemeinsame Waschbecken nicht gereinigt

Chilly stay up in the hills during summer days on the lands. Old but good hotel to stay considering the location and scenic beauty of its locations. Facilities are limited compared to the 5 star properties but suffices to the need of ones. Having own vehicle is preferred as the location is bit away from the city center.
