The worst experience i have ever had. The room was not clean, full of dirt. The bedsheets were also not dirty with stains. There were bugs, hairs and dusts everywhere on the bed. Even the doors can be opened from outside by anyone. The customer service was also very bad, the curtains does-not cover the entire room, it is visible from outside

The food is awesome, the service is also excellent. Nice nature view from rooms and maintained well, the people are nice and they treat guests well.

I could not find anything at-least good except the view from the hotel. Everything inside the room was extremely not satisfactory. Bed is broken from the middle, bathroom fittings got loosened or broken, room wall paints got damaged, missing handwash and bodywash containers, no wifi, fully dirty curtains, stinky floors, damaged sockets, bathroom door damaged, hot water not available, tv not working, electric kettle broken and most importantly the staffs behavior and service was extremely poor.

Very bad, once i enter room they already told don’t complain anything. I didn’t see bed condition. It was like slope to middle. Broken bed and hot water issue. Facility very less. Very old room. Not preferred

Poor service and stains on bedsheets. Not as expected in photo. Door was keep opening by others. Couldn’t get proper sleep because of there were quarrels between other customer and hotel staff.

It was not what we expected. For the amount we paid, it was a bad experience. The bedsheets were so dirty, the toilets were not clean.

Staff allocated smelly rooms with no wifi and non functional fans. When asked about fans, staff replied to not use fans, and forced to stay in those smelly rooms despite requesting for room change. Staff also took lot of time to allocate while checking in but charged 800 rupees for 1 hour late check out. Horrible stay and money minded management
