OYO 19910 Hotel Sapphire Paradise

Worst ever hotel I stayed in life. My honest suggestion to anyone, never ever book this horrible hotel. If your tour organizer has booked already, insist on changing it before you check in. I am a senior citizen and had checked in with another two senior citizen ladies. Just before entering room 112 , I fell into an open duct and fell head on. I could easily break my leg or could have undergone more injuries. None from the hotel came or apologised for such an accident. The hotel was arranged by one Raj Travels of Bangalore. We were told they would provide an extra bed, but leave aside the extra bed, nobody visited our room for any need instead of asking more than once. The bed linen were dirty and was not changed. Simply they did not care that some guests were facing troubles. There you could hardly imagine any toiletries, towels, drinking water. The behaviour of the staff was nearer to rudeness. The experience made us so upset that we cancelled our next day trip to Coonoor as arranged by Raj Travels and returned to Bangalore on our own next morning.
