Montebello Resort Hotel - All Inclusive

Currently here staying at the Montebello until Sunday. What a wonderful place. Unsure of negative reviews I've read, as the food is delicious, fresh and flavoursome. The entertainment staff are all so happy and bubbly, kind and friendly. Nothing is too much for them. The management are available and welcoming, confirming people are happy. Such a wonderful experience so far, will be returning with the family next year.

Was a pleasant experience again, have been here multiple times and has never failed. Food is always excellent and delicious and not a long wait. Would definitely recommend. 10/10 Food hotel looks really nice has pool, bar , and again food.🫶🏽

Excellent Stay, all staff very friendly helpful and professional they couldn’t do enough for us, after reading reviews from last year, I actually tried to change hotels thank goodness I didn’t I had to keep pinching myself just how good the hotel is, we had a swim up room they are great rooms and the cleaning lady kept it clean every day topping up the water for us, my only criticism would be, in my opinion they should be adult only whilst we were there a week or so ago there were 3 families opposite with kids screaming until late at night, we called reception and they dealt with the complaint very quickly! The food was always hot and plenty of choice, rice pudding after was my favourite along with the chocolate, shame there wasn’t ice cream but not the end of the world. I would definitely book here again for location:)

All the staff, from the minute you arrive at reception, are efficient, friendly and helpful. My best surprise was both Mehmet chefs are back, food amazing. Food: Wide selection of food and more like how we like it cooked. Chicken dishes are breast meat, meat is prime cuts of beef beautifully prepared and flavoursome. Afternoon pancakes made to order are a lovely treat. Dinning room: A pizza oven has been built into the dinning room (pizza man is lovely), dedicated omelette station, lady who does fried eggs, pancakes, doughnuts and eggy bread always happy and smiling. New toaster, new fruit juice dispenser, new chairs. Waiting staff very efficient under our good friend Yasin. Entertainment: Fi Fi, Sima, Hasan, Furkan and Amelie are funny and fantastic. The entertainment has always been good but this year the standard was exceeded. The acts we saw were so good they should have been on "Britain's Got Talent" final. Photographer: Fred is one of the nicest people you will meet and very professional at what he does. You'll love his photos. Toilets: I have to mention the toilets; I thought I was on the film set of "Star Trek." Montebello Resort has installed hand wave door opening, so no more touching handles, cleaning and hygiene throughout the hotel is of an excellent standard. We go twice a year and I can't wait to be back there.

This was a really lovely hotel for the price we paid, the views surrounding the property are beautiful and the staff are incredibly friendly. Food - somewhat average with the occasional fantastic meal, your typical all inclusive food with a decent variety, we always found something to eat, snacks and ice cream/ freshly made crepes made most days around the pool. Rooms - slightly dated decor and dimly lit bathrooms, however, the rooms were really clean, the cleaners were really friendly and will help you with anything you need. Staff - VERY friendly and welcoming, everyone smiles and greets you warmly, the entertainment team were really engaging and funny. Overall we had a brilliant stay and would definitely return, just a short walk from the main town/ beach.
