Beautiful place - loved the comfortable beds and washrooms. Shower had warm water and bath towels were provided. Rooms were spacious and clean. Owner was very informative, welcoming, and accommodating. I was feeling sick from the altitude and was allowed to rest in my room before formally checking in. Was also able to leave luggage in office temporarily until official check-in time. Courtyard was beautiful and had quiet ambiance and atmosphere - I slept so well.

The hotel is in a quiet area with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the Ollantaytambo ruins. Our room was well designed, tidy, cozy, and the bathroom is clean and have hot water. The wi-fi was spotty but we did not mind at all as we are more focused on being in the moment and able to disconnect for a bit. It's walking distance from the ruins, and great restaurants. The rail and the collectivo stations are about 5-10 mins by tuk tuk but also walkable and may take about 20 mins. Alex Teran was an amazing host. From the start, we were welcomed with genuine hospitality. Alex and his family ensured that our stay was perfect, they're helpful and accommodating with our questions throughout our stay. Highly highly recommend this hotel! We'll definitely stay here again. Thank you Alex for an amazing stay! Charlie and I wish you continued success!

The hospitality we were shown from the moment of our arrival will never be forgotten. Alex and his family are so extremely kind. We arrived by taxi, and I rushed in to see if I could get change so I could tip our taxi driver. Alex didn’t have change, but just loaned me $20 soles. The property is in a quiet area only about a 5 to 7 min walk to the market and archeological site. Everything in the hotel is well thought out and extremely high end, from the modern bathroom, Samsung tvs, and fancy Kitchenaid automatic toaster that I was amused with. The room was colourful and the bed very comfortable with ample blankets, we were definitely not cold. The little restaurant for breakfast had a lovely view of the courtyard and the best variety of food out of all the places we stayed over 3 weeks in Peru. We were also able to store our bags in their locked office after check out so we could explore for the day. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Very beautiful hotel with "yoga retreat" vibes. It has an excellent view of the sacred sites right from the garden outside your rooms. The staff is very welcoming and hospitable, they helped us arrange some excursions and provided great recommendations. Included breakfast is a plus as well. While it is a few minutes outside of the centre core, it is very easy to walk there in about 10 minutes.

Tierra Inka is a beautiful place in the city of Ollanta. Alex the host was excellent. He was courteous, professional and full of knowledge to assist during our visit. We felt very much at home. Breakfast was very good. Location was away from the center and so was quiet. Our room was spacious and the beds were excellent.

What a wonderful, peaceful place to stay in Ollantaytambo! Alex and his family are friendly hosts and they have made the hotel very comfortable and welcoming. The rooms were clean and had spaces to sit and put your luggage, the bathrooms were very clean, breakfast was always delicious, and Alex had helpful suggestions for restaurants in town.

Liked• The manager or owner, Alex, was so kind and welcoming! He was great at talking to us about the town, recommendations, etc. you can tell he loves what he does and his town! The lady who runs the kitchen was also very kind. We had an overall good stay and would stay here again. It is about a 7-10 minute walk to the main square but felt safe walking back to the hotel at night. Fresh squeezed OJ every morning was delicious. Thank you for a great stay! Disliked · There was a couple things that didn’t make it perfect for me. lack of hot water (barely warm) although great water pressure, continental breakfast options were minimal but decent, bed was uncomfortable, safe didn’t work.

Lovely hotel where you feel cosy and safe. The hotel is owned by a lovely Peruvian family, very caring and attentive to your needs. Clean rooms with beautiful decorations and good wifi service. The outside lounging area/garden is a great place to relax. You might even spot the family bunny walking around the garden! Great breakfast too. The hotel is near the center of Ollantaytambo where you can find many restaurants (5-7min walking). Highly recommend for solo trip, groups or families! This hotel will charm anyone!
