Inka's Haven Hotel

Location and service is good. The wifi is a little slow but works fine in the canteen area. There’s a place to park your car in front of the hotel. No money exchange service at the counter. I recall having some trouble with getting the right temperature for the shower, might have to take some time for the water to get warm enough. Overall I enjoy the stay and would consider coming back.

Despite the hotel’s location, which is just a bit off the main road in town and that is currently unpaved. the hotel was a haven to return to at the end of the day. Our room was as described and was clean and orderly. The water pressure and hot water that was available in our shower was great which is an added bonus in Peru. We were provided with soap and shampoo. We were able to store our luggage which was placed in a locked and orderly closet. They provided a to-go breakfast for us on the day we went to Macchu Picchu that consisted of fresh fruit, a juice box, soda crackers and a Peruvian version of a granola bar. Very thoughtful. We were able to enjoy their breakfast the next day which was very nice: coffee/hot tea, juice, bread, fruit, yoga, Peruvian cereal, eggs and butter/jam. The entire staff was very nice and welcoming and really did their best to assist us in all ways.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed the most comfortable 3-night stay at Inka’s Haven. Our room was basic but very clean, spacious and well designed, bed was very comfortable and the blankets kept us cozy and warm even when the night temperatures plummeted. Shower provided hot water and good pressure to clean up after a day of exploring. The hotel is well located near the main plaza and within minutes from all the tourists attractions in town. We found Inka’s Haven to be a great value and highly recommend it.

My wife and I stayed in Inka's Haven for 1 night in May 2024. We would have liked to stay longer but the hotel was fully booked the following night. It is an attractive hotel, simple but comfortable. There is construction going on around the hotel and you have to walk a ways down a dirt road to reach the building, but it's not a major problem.

I was really impressed with this hotel. Sure, it's basic, but it has everything you need. The front desk staff was super helpful and spoke English well. Breakfasts in all of Peru, as I found, were simple, and this was no different. But they had eggs and toast, coffee, juice and tea so I was happy. The beds were comfortable and the views are great. I do recommend this hotel! It's super clean, too.

This is a lovely place to stay - in the centre of Ollantaytambo (a great little town!) but tucked away down a small lane - it really is a quiet haven! The staff were so friendly and helpful - really lovely people. They provided safe parking for our moto and our friend’s moto. Good value and highly recommended!

Thank you for a lovely stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious! I stayed one night as I went to Aguascalientes the next day so it was a perfect place to stop for a night.

This hotel’s location is unbeatable compared to others nearby. It’s incredibly clean and convenient to all the nearby attraction's and restaurants. David and she sister were very accommodating, respectful and extremely helpful. We needed laundry done, it was quick and affordable. Excellent service! I highly recommend staying here!
