Mein Mann und ich blieben Ende November in Clarendon Cottages für ein Wochenende, und ich kann ehrlich gesagt sagen, es war eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Wir blieben im Camelia Cottage und absolut liebte es. Klar viel Gedanken ist in das Innendesign des Hauses gelaufen, um es zu einem gemütlichen, willkommenen Ort zu machen. Und nur die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details, um Ihren Aufenthalt, dass ein wenig besser war sehr willkommen! Alles von einem Schaumbucket (mit einem Schaum) an der Tür (Es regnete viel während unseres Aufenthalts), zu einem gut gelagerten Obstkuchen. Schalen für die Armstühle, ein sehr komfortables Bett und Bett, ausgezeichnete Frühstücksoptionen. Wir konnten nicht den Ort missbrauchen und werden sicherlich über die Rückkehr in Zukunft nachdenken.

Unknowingly we were given an upstairs room and were informed there was not an elevator. The stairs were steep and the walkways were very uneven, causing difficulty in reaching the room. At night the area was not well litl The room was fairly large, but there was no door on the wardrobe, no clock, no radio and no telephone. Not even a biscuit to have with our coffee. We were expected to use a QR code to familiarize ourselves with the amenities. The bed was comfortable. The shower was over a spa, and required dexterity to get into the spa. I have no idea how one would get out. As we are both very senior citizens it was therefore impossible for us to have a shower. The room was very uninspiring and dull, and the bathroom looked dated, although the taps were modern!! For the cost of $241.20 we were very disappointed in the hotel and the lack of amenities. All the staff members we encountered were very friendly and efficient.

Our 1 bedroom villa was clean and spacious overlooking the large pond that contained various water birds and at least 5 frog species that we could hear calling into the night. Breakfast (eggs, bacon, bread, juice, cereal) a bottle of wine and chocolate were in the villa when we arrived. The restaurant was also of high standard. All staff, at reception and in the restaurant were efficient and friendly. I'd love to stay again for the view over the pond with the vineyard in the background, the large, clean villa, comfortable bed, large shower and the sound of the frogs in the evening. Only thing I'd like to see improved is the showerhead which was of a standard I'd expect to find in a budget motel.

I had a 7 week stay at Ringwood Royale and it was just like home. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay and daily living. Loved having an oven to cook, even able to make a birthday cake. Washing machine and drier were super useful along with the washing powder provided. Appreciated supplies like dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder etc replaced weekly along with the helpful, friendly team who cleaned and changed linen and towels, also the wardrobe space was great to actually unpack for that period of time. Super comfy, firm bed and plenty of entertainment with Netflix, Foxtel and Wifi all part of the package. A big shout out to the Manager Mocita, who was so responsive, flexible and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble, especially when I had some uncertainty around dates. This was truly a home away from home. Also being solo I felt safe and secure - parking is also included in a secure car par, steps away from your day.. A great stay, highly recommended. By the way a nice touch is the selection of local wines to choose from int he apartment, if so inclined, at reasonable prices.

Da es nur dieses Hotel in der Nähe von Freundenhaus und zu Fuß ist, war ich insgesamt 4 Nächte bestellt auf 2+1+1. Am ersten Tag des Aufenthalts erhielt ich eine Kreditkarte und eine Hypothek von 100 Macao. Am vierten Tag ging ich zur Rezeption und setzte die Zimmerkarte (die Tür kann nicht wieder geöffnet werden) Die Rezeption weiß, dass es sich um eine vorbezahlte Bestellung handelt und fragte, ob es sich um eine Vorbezahlung auf der ursprünglichen Kreditkarte handelt (und der vierte Nacht den Namen der Buchungsperson wechselte, aber nicht um ein Zimmer und den Aufenthalt auf der Bestellung reservierte), ich denke, dass das Hotel nach dem Vorbezahlen möglicherweise eine Hypothek wegen der Änderung des Namens der Buchung einziehen muss, Ich kam zurück ”Ja”, und kurz später wurde die Rezeption wieder auf der Kreditkarte 157 Macao gezahlt. Ich kam nachts zurück zum Hotel und rief an die Rezeption an. Die Rezeption sagte, es sei möglich, dass der Manager morgen nach Gold gerufen wird. Am nächsten Tag war der Rezeption sehr früh, und ich habe zwei Zimmer bestellt. Ich habe einmal im Rezeptor gebucht und nach zwei Stunden wieder in Trip.com gebucht. Es ist einfach unverschämt nach Hause. Ich habe das Zimmer in Trip.com gebucht, um eine frühe Nacht zu reservieren. Ich ging am nächsten Tag um 9 Uhr zur Erneuerung der Rezeptorkarte. Die Kommunikation ohne Ergebnisse ist gut für Trip.com. Wenn Trip.com auch konsultiert wird, dann senden Sie einen Beschwerdeschreiben an das offizielle Internet des Hotels. Das Hotel hat mehrfach und wiederholt mit Trip.com kommuniziert. Das Hotel sagt, dass es ”Fehler beim Kommunikationsverständnis” zustimmt, die Rückzahlung zuzustimmen. Es wird empfohlen, dass die Mitbürger bei der Ausreise mehr Kreditkartennachrichten betrachten, rechtzeitig und entschlossen ihre legitimen Rechte und Interessen wahren und die T-Hühner-Hund-Schleifen unverformt lassen.

Impressed is what I will say. This motel ticks all the boxes. From the greeting at Reception to the great rooms, very clean. The room had all the facilities that one comes to expect at a motel that are interested in your comfort and its presentation. The rooms I feel have gone through a refurbishment, very cosy. The bathroom was a high standard meeting all your needs. TV's to this square eyes bigger than average so I didn't have to squint. At the time of my stay new hotwater systems were being installed and I believe new A.C's were also on the agenda. This change all coming about since the change of management a very professional husband and wife team who complimented each other. Very friendly accommodative and professional something sadly lacking these days in a competitive industry that depends on repeat business. The other staff were also very attentive when asked for assistance, they were very polite and attended all ours needs. When I make my next trip to Melbourne the Rowville International will be my first choice thats if after my review they have vacancies. Great job well done we are quick to criticise but I believe where kudos is earned it should be stated.

Impeccable rooms, fantastic atmosphere and outstanding staff. Absolutely brilliant trip. Having all of the hotel amenities & dine-in info directly from the tv was great. If you could order directly from the TV instead of needing to scan the QR code for a menu and then call front desk, that would certainly improve the overall experience. But the things that mattered where all there. Thanks to all the staff for making check-in & out so seemless.

We were welcomed by a friendly, smiling receptionist, Tharindu. He was very helpful, bringing out a luggage trolley for us and showing us where to park while checking in. In our room, we were greeted by a platter of mini desserts and a card congratulating us on our 30th Wedding Anniversary, signed by the manager. We then re-arranged the room to suit us for 2 days and nights, including swapping out the desk chair for some more comfortable chairs. We were very grateful for Tharindu's easy nature and helpfulness. The room was extremely quiet, only once or twice did we hear a door shut, otherwise we weren't interrupted by any other guests and their movements. We were on the top floor (6th) which had great views to the north, over the Monash City Council outdoor and carpark area with plenty of trees. At night, the Glen Waverley buildings lit up, providing a surprisingly exciting vibe, we felt like we were in another city, in another state, not 12 mins drive from our house! The Glen has plenty to offer with shopping, cinema and a myriad of restaurants. Our hotel was just a 10 minute walk from everything, so we were able to go out several times to have a meal, a movie and the odd bit of shopping for some breakfast supplies. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant, but they were very kind to let us borrow some crockery and cutlery for our stay. Everything about our stay was positive except for the small matter of having to park off site. The car park underneath the hotel costs $20 per day, so we decided to park 1km away in neighbourhood streets for free. Most of the parking around The Glen is limited to 2 or 4 hours, so you'll need to walk a fair distance to find parking spots.
