Pine Cliffs Residence, a Luxury Collection Resort, Algarve Bewertungen

Wir waren zum 2. mal in Pine Cliffs und haben die Anlage, den perfekten Zugang zum Meer mit dem Lift, den Service am Strand als perfekt empfunden. Hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter und Servicekräfte inclusive Shuttle - Service machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Sauberkeit ist besonders hervorzuheben. Die sehr gepflegte Anlage ist begeisternd. Unsere 3 Zimmerwohnung, bestehend aus 3 Schlafzimmern, 3 Bädern, voll ausgestatteter Küche, großem Wohn-Esszimmer und 3 großen, möblierten Balkonen war exklusiv ausgestattet. Von unseren Balkonen hatten wir einen super Blick auf den angrenzenden Golfplatz und konnten die Golfer beim Spiel :)sehr gut beobachten.

Ein sehr gutes Resorthotel, das sich im Besitz von Marriott befindet. Es verfügt über einen Privatstrand und einen guten Tennisplatz. Es ist sehr heiß, achten Sie also auf den Sonnenschutz.

Schöner Ort! Obwohl das Hotel alles andere als neu ist, sind die gesamte Anlage, die Gärten, der Strand und die Pools perfekt gepflegt. Die Wohnung, in der wir 2 Nächte verbracht haben, hat alles, was wir brauchen. Sehr hochwertige Bettwäsche und neue Handtücher, bequeme Betten. Das Hotel gab uns freundlicherweise zwei zusätzliche Stunden nach der offiziellen Check-out-Zeit. Vom Mittagessen im Café Corda war ich etwas enttäuscht: Es gibt keine Beschwerden über den Service, aber über die Preise!!! Unserer Meinung nach sind sie angesichts der Auswahl und Qualität der angebotenen Gerichte sehr überteuert. Alles andere ist ausgezeichnet!

Gleichbleibendes und gutes Hotel. Vor dem Strand mit einer riesigen Struktur, vielleicht zu groß. Es ist ein 5-Sterne-Hotel ohne großen Luxus, aber komfortabel. Das Personal dieses Jahr ist unvorbereitet, in Eile eingestellt. Sie verstehen nichts. Die Pools sind gut, die Champagnerbar ist seit vielen Jahren unser Favorit. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung wie immer gut.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche) waren das erste Mal im Pine Cliffs Resort und haben uns für ein Apartment im Bereich Pine Cliffs Residence entschieden. Zunächst zum Resort: es ist äußerst gepflegt und bietet eine Vielzahl an Möglichkeiten, inclusive eines 9-Loch Golfplatz, 5 Tennisplätze, 1 Paddle-Platz und mehrere Pools uns Firness-Räumen. Dazu gibt es mehrere Restaurants auf der Anlage, wobei hier das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht immer ganz stimmt. Zum Strand geht es über Treppen oder aber sogar auch mittels Aufzug. Absolut empfehlenswert ist die "Champagner" Bar am Abgang zum Strand: hier kann man grandiose Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Unsere Apartment war sehr großzügig ausgestattet mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, einem Wohnzimmer sowie einer Küche. Gefrühstückt haben wir im Restaurant am Casa Pine Cliffs, nur ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß von unsrem Apartment entfernt. Frühstück in Buffet-Form mit vielen frischen Früchten und Front-Cooking für Omelette. Insgesamt waren wir begeistert und werden sicher wiederkommen!

Erwartet man einen Service eines Luxury Resorts (auch zur vollen Reisezeit wie Pfingsten), so ist man hier leider fehl am Platz. Eine weitere Handtuchkarte (zB zum Zudecken bei kaltem Wind) gibt es nicht, außerhalb des Poolbereichs erhält man auf Nachfrage nach Gläsern hin nur „Pappbecher“. Insgesamt wirklich ungenügend und dem Anspruch eines Luxury Resorts nicht gerecht werdend. Auch wenn man 20 Jahre hier her kommt, dieses Jahr sind wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit leider eher enttäuscht worden.

Sehr schöne, elegante Anlage an der Falesia Beach. Das Resort ist sehr weitläufig mit wunderschönen Gartenanlagen, verschiedenen Pool, Tennisplätzen, einem grossen Spielplatz, Golfplatz, verschiedenen Restaurants, Bars, usw. Leider ist der Minimarket geschlossen. Teilweise können die Wege innerhalb des Resort relativ lang sein. Es verkehren aber kleine Shuttle-Busse. Das Personal ist sehr nett und professionell. Unsere Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Auch die Terrasse ist perfekt zum entspannen. Die Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig. Die Betten super gemütlich. Das Frühstück auf der O'Grill Terrasse im Pool war sehr schön. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Ich finde es auch toll, dass Pine Cliffs ein Programm für streunende Katzen hat. Sie kümmern sich um die medizinische Versorgung und die Fütterung der Katzen. Genial!

We love the Pine Cliffs Luxury Residence, and the photos attached will confirm this place is indeed luxury. The residence is like a bungalow with access to the large patio via 3 huge glass doors which we left open for those amazing Algarve breezes this time of year. The water pressure, hot water, 2 luxury baths and a luxury shower are like being in a spa, and really enjoyed the luxury bath amenities too. The grounds are meticulous; the area we stayed in was peaceful and quiet (other than a few immature guests smoking or shouting), and we will be booking our return for next winter as soon as the Bonvoy app allows the dates we hope to return for. Will try to post the full 50 photos allowed (for some reason TripAdvisor algorithms enjoy deleting some of our photos and reviews without notice)... .

Such an amazing experience! Pine Cliffs never fail to go the extra mile for all of their customers. It truly is an experience that you don’t want to miss. All of the staff are so lovely and make you feel at ease, no ask is ever too much for them. My personal favourite part of the trip was going to the O’Grill for breakfast. There was SUCH a large variety of options including gluten free and vegan options too. The front of house was exceptional and even remembered us out of the hundreds of people she must see a day to assign us to the same breakfast spot every morning. If you’re thinking of booking, don’t hesitate, just book!

Always the best ,from the moment you enter this wonderful hotel it's service with a smile,location is excellent and one of the Algarves finest beaches on your doorstep, can't finish a review without mentioning the breakfast at Pine Cliffs thank you for hospitality.

Can’t fault this place, unless you want a quiet vacation with your better half and no kids. In June the place was packed with families and kids. If I rocked up here expecting a romantic break with the wife then I’d be disappointed. No adults only areas and all the pools full of inflatable doughnuts and rubber rings! The view from the champagne bar is delightful of an evening. Breakfast really good.

We are fans of pine cliffs and have stayed here many times over the years. This was our second stay this year. The hotel and residences are beautiful but on this visit we were surprised at the number of large groups and stag party groups who were staying there. Of course, we have no problem with large groups but we choose pine cliffs for the lovely quiet atmosphere. I love to relax on a sun lounger under the pine trees but this time I had large groups either side of me so I couldn’t relax and instead retreated to my balcony. As we haven’t seen this before at pine cliffs I did some research online and I noticed Pine cliffs advertised on a stag party website so I guess that’s why. One of the groups next to me were very loud and they left their bottles and glasses etc all over the grass, which I then cleared up for them. On our first night we were excited to go for a drink at the champagne bar as that’s one of the reasons we choose pine cliffs. It’s a wonderful experience. Unfortunately it was closed for a private event. The gin bar was also closed as was the beach bar which also has a private event. This is frustrating but clearly pine cliffs is appealing to larger groups. It’s just a shame that couples cannot use all the facilities on offer. The restaurants are expensive so we walk into olhos dagua where there are some lovely restaurants. Versatile restaurant is classy and excellent value so we chose to walk there. Via the beach the walk takes half an hour and is very pleasant but an Uber only takes 5 minutes and is only 5 euros. Our residence was wonderful and a great size. Housekeeping is great and everything is spotlessly clean and well equipped. Our room was next to a road though so incredibly noisy as it was the main road through the resort to the mini market and o grill so there were many deliveries early in the morning. Also adjacent to a busy road just outside of the resort. We kept the ceiling fan on at night to drown out the noise. Balcony was huge with sun and shade so that’s a bonus. The beach is the best part. You can walk for miles and the steps down to the beach are not too arduous. I love pine cliffs but hope they are not changing into more of an events hotel than one where couples and families can relax and enjoy.
