Disgusting with every sense of the word. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. The whole stay was a disaster. My worst stay in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Let’s start with housekeeping. The first room had a spider in the bathroom. When I changed the room, the second room had insects on the walls. I literally checked out and went to the airport 4 hours prior to my flight just to get away from the hotel. I?m willing to bet that most rooms are this dirty since both rooms I?ve been in were disgusting. Let’s talk about disrespectful and unprofessional. Now I understand that the staff might not be fluent in English, but they MUST have the decency, willingness and patience to help customers understand what they are saying. I called room service twice, and when they had a hard time explaining things to me, they guy said something in Italian and then hung up. RUDE. VERY RUDE. I literally had to call a third time and tell him not to hang up and slowly try to explain to me where my food is and how long is it going to take. It can?t be that a customer is willing and has more patience than the staff. Finally, the room service menu was very light. Needs more option. Literally they only had one pizza, fries, soup I think and maybe one other option. I have never been to a hotel where they didn?t have at least a burger option and a club sandwich option. But compared to my first two points, this one seems less important right now. I will DEFINITELY NEVER be coming back to stay at this hotel.

I was on business trip with two other guys. Paid 274€ for one night and I think it wayyyy too much. Nothing specail on this on. Located basicly middle of no where and once again, really over priced. Wahsing room sinks water tap did not work where its supposed to work. So it was close and if you used it...no water went away, because tap did not ope...I took the tap away... But more problematic and really bad thing is, that room door did not lock always. Sometimes you have to open and close it 10 times before it locked. Sometimes 6 times. I think first time I left the room unlocked... We came to hotel lqte evening and I did not want to start changing the room, so I ****** it up...but 274€ for a night ??? Ny buddy had problem with auto heting/cooling, no adjustmen working. Someone came and resetted/booted the heating/cooling system. Windows dirty, unable to take a pix for example from 9th floor.

Ich war sehr willkommen vom ersten Eingang zum Hotel bis zum Auscheck. Die Rezeption ist sehr schnell, gut organisiert und freundlich. Mein Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sehr zeitgemäß. Ich nahm eine Flasche Wasser aus der Minibar und wollte es während des Auschecks bezahlen. Die Antwort war, dass dies ein Service des Hotels ist - sehr nett. Und das Frühstück ... hervorragend mit ziemlich großer Wahl! Vergessen Sie nicht den Buchungsprozess per E-Mail. Es war schnell und unkompliziert. Ich komme sicher zurück, wenn ich einen Tag noch einen Aufenthalt in Legnano habe.

Sehr freundlich und hilfreiches Personal. Erbringt einen ausgezeichneten Kundenservice und war auf alle unsere Bedürfnisse aufmerksam. Nur 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Es ist jedoch weit vom Zentrum entfernt und der Verkehr zum Zentrum ist extrem teuer, so bedenken Sie das. Zur Stadt und zum Zentrum können bis zu 100 € pro Tag kosten. Das Hotel war sehr gut.

Das sehr neue, relativ große ibis liegt einer Ansammlung mehrerer Gewerbegebiete direkt an der Autobahn - die Mautstelle der Zufahrt befindet in Sichtweite des Hotels. Trotz der direkten Lage an der Autobahn sind die Zimmer bei geschlossenem Fenster - zur Landseite auch bei gekippten Fenster sehr ruhig. Die Lage - insofern ist die Punktevergabe zum Stichwort ”Lage” relativ - ist ideal als Stopover auf der Hin- oder Rückreise nach Süden. Allerdings vermutlich weniger geeignet für einen Stadtbesuch in Mailand - genaugenommen liegt das Hotel in Lainate (und nicht in Milano) und von dort sind es bis zum Mailänder Dom rund 22 km oder 40 Minuten (Auto-)Fahrtzeit (genauso lange wie nach Como). Sehr sauber. Zimmer ziemlich groß, mit (ibis-ungewöhnlich) hohen Decken, im neuesten ibis-Design. Klimaanlage. Großer Parkplatz. Frühstück hatten wir nicht - kann ich daher leider nicht beurteilen. Unter Minuspunkt würde ich nur verbuchen, dass die Ladesäulen auf dem Parkplatz nicht für Gäste, sondern nur für das ibis-eigene Flughafen-Carsharing sind. Aber im nahen, fussläufigen Umfeld gibt es im Zweifel drei Ladestandorte.

Der Weg von der Hotellobby zum Zimmer ist etwas weit; nach dem Auschecken wurde meine Kreditkarte zwei Tage später belastet, aber das Hotel schickte mir die Rechnung nicht per E-Mail, daher weiß ich nicht, was belastet wurde.

Truely lovely brand new hotel, very close to the airport A genuinely modern and classy design and vibe in this hotel. It would be a great hotel for central Milan!! Previous reviews are correct. Walking to the airport isn't possible as the only route is along the highway. But the hotel provides shuttle service for a small fee. We stayed here due to a super early morning flight. Was perfect for this, though in hindsight, it wasn't necessary. It would have been just as easy to train from the city centre.

Man bekommt ein sauberes und im Sanitärbereich super sauberes Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist das, was man von Ibis erwarten kann. Gratis-Parkplätze, gute Lage zur Autobahn. Diese führt Nord-wärts sogar mautfrei bis zur Schweizer Grenze. Für diese Gegend ein günstiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ein Merkposten für künftige Reiseplanung.

The hotel is quite big. The have several floors and a lot of rooms. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The service was friendly, especially at the bar and in the morning, also the hotel has an impersonal atmosphere. The breakfast was good and rich. They also have a restaurant, which we didn't try. They also have several conference rooms, so the hotel is suiteable for business meetings. It is located quite far from the center of Milan, so it is not so good for a touristic stay. But as there are several factories around and the trade fair is only half an hour by car (without traffic jam), it is a good location for business travellers. The acess by public transport is diffcult, but they offer free car parking.
