Ich komme immer wieder gerne in das Landhuishotel & Restaurant de Bloemenbeek. Die Gastgeber und das Personal sind meine absoluten Stars. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail stellt man sich auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste ein und glänzt mit natürlicher (nicht aufgesetzter) und echter Freundlichkeit. Der Vorteil für Wiederholungstätern wie mir: in der Regel bekomme ich immer “mein” Zimmer, die Gastgeber und das Personal kennen meinen Namen & sogar mein Lieblingsdrink. Ich persönlich fühle mich in diesem Haus immer herzlich Willkommen. Mir ist außerdem aufgefallen, dass man die Corona Zeit genutzt hat, um das Haus mit vielen schönen neuen Details (z.B. ein Gewächshaus mit Outdoorküche) auszustatten und an vielen Stellen renoviert hat. Zum Zimmer: Ich war im “gelben” Zimmer. Es gibt hier bereits einige Bilder bei anderen Bewertung zu sehen. Top modern eingerichtet, schönes Boxspringbett und ein Badezimmer, welches keine Wünsche offen läßt, außer vielleicht zwei: 1. einen Handtuchhalter & 2. Warmes Wasser etwas schneller in der Dusche Zum Essen: Wer es schafft, ein Jahrzehnt das Sterneniveau zu halten, kann nur tolles Essen machen. Und so ist es auch. Was ich besonders schön finde ist, dass man auch die jungen Kräfte bei der Entwicklung neuer Gerichte ans Werk lässt. Auch hier hat sich viel während der Corona-Zeit in Punkto Neuigkeiten getan. Da ich Dessert-Fan bin, möchte ich allen das Dessert “Apfel” ans Herz legen. Es wurde mir vom Erfinder-Jungkoch erklärt und sowohl geschmacklich als auch handwerklich ist es ganz großes Kino. COVID-Hygienekonzept: Neben den üblichen Standards möchte ich erwähnen, dass das Nebenzimmer zum Servieren des Essens genutzt wird, da das Restaurant aktuell nicht offen ist. Darüber hinaus finde ich die einheitlichen Schutzmasken (aus Kunststoff) des Personals schön, denn man kann trotz Maske die Freundlichkeit sehen. Wenn es mal Probleme gibt: Die Fehlerkultur ist ebenfalls vorbildlich: auf Probleme wird umgehend reagiert und Verbesserungsvorschläge werden wohlwollend aufgenommen und auch umgesetzt. Also mein Vorschlag an alle, die gerne mal eine Platform wie diese zum Beschweren nutzen: Sprecht einfach das Thema direkt an. Ich bin mir sicher, danach wird das Problem behoben und man verlässt das Haus top zufrieden. Zusammengefasst kann man sagen: Ich freu mich schon jetzt auf meinen nächsten Besuch!
