Liebe in diesem Hotel zu bleiben, wenn Sie Birmingham besuchen. Friendly staff, clean rooms, clean hotel in general. Eine Enttäuschung war, als ich um 06:30 Uhr in die Lobby kam, um Milchsäcken zu beantragen, es gab niemand anwesend , ich wartete eine Weile, aber niemand wartete mich. Also für das habe ich das Hotel 4 Lächeln statt 5 bewertet

Location is great loads of shops close by. Rooms are a bit outdated , water was not hot in the shower and had no pressure at all enough towels though but did not make a difference with cold water in winter. Room was not getting warm through the night despite putting the temp up to 31. Staff are lovely and the breakfast is a decent one. Good for an overnight stay
