The C Resort & Residences

C Resort is one of the better options for a weekend getaway in Ghana. I stayed there with my girlfriend, and while I generally feel that resorts in Ghana are expensive for what they offer compared to more touristic countries, C Resort manages to offer a good price-to-quality balance. We booked the royal suite, which was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view — not overly luxurious, but certainly comfortable and well thought out. The pools are attractive, clean, and perfect for relaxing in the sun, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant was a nice surprise: the chef does a very good job, and the food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and well presented. Service was friendly and attentive, though there is still some room for improvement in terms of speed and efficiency. Overall, C Resort is a very good place to disconnect for a couple of days. It’s not exceptional or ultra-luxurious, but within the reality of what Ghana offers for resorts, it’s definitely one of the best choices. If you’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay with good food and a nice setting, C Resort is worth considering for a short, refreshing break.

My stay at The C Resort in New Ningo, about an hour from Accra Mall, was nothing short of exceptional. The peaceful location offers a perfect escape from the busy city, making it ideal for both work and leisure trips. The staff provided the warmest welcome I’ve ever received in Ghana, surpassing even the top hotels in Accra. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, with excellent air conditioning and mosquito protection. Meals were freshly prepared from scratch, showcasing their outstanding kitchen. This resort is perfect for families, with activities and a child-friendly environment, but also caters to professionals with seamless arrangements. The value for money is unmatched, offering high-quality service at a very reasonable price. Whether for business, family, or a relaxing getaway, The C Resort is worth the trip and truly one of the best experiences Ghana has to offer. Highly recommended!
