Hotel Centrale

Es ist ein großartiger Ort, um die Innenstadt von Olbia zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, und das Hotel wurde offensichtlich renoviert. Es gibt einige Kleinigkeiten, die verbessert werden könnten: 1. Die Matratze ist schrecklich und sehr unbequem. Ich weiß nicht, ob es am Alter oder an der schlechten Qualität liegt. 2. Im Badezimmer war die Toilettenspülung beschädigt. 3. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt mit schmutzigem Wasser, und selbst danach riecht der Boden noch und muss gelüftet werden. Es wird empfohlen, ein Zimmer zur Seitenstraße zu nehmen, da es dort ruhiger ist als zur Hauptstraße.

Sie waren sehr nett und sehr effizient in der Kommunikation. Sie gaben uns auf jede erdenkliche Weise Anweisungen (E-Mail und Anrufe) und sehr klare Anweisungen, wie wir das Hotel auch spät in der Nacht betreten sollten. Das Frühstück war sehr angenehm und willkommen. Danke für alles.

The Hotel Centrale is advertised as a four-star hotel. It is not. The location at the very center of Olbia is convenient and the staff is friendly and helpful. Everything else is mediocre, at the best. The hotel has the basic facilities, but it is worn down and, in many ways, outdated. The wifi-code ends with the year 2017 and that is not a coincidence. Nothing has been done since then. Breakfast is very basic. The bread is relatively fresh but of cheap quality. The cheese is tasteless and the ham and salami are a bit tired. The scrambled eggs are okay. Fruits are scarce and not fresh. The coffee is good. The room gets attention from the cleaning crew every day. The beds are made and the towels get changed if you request it, but the general quality of the cleaning is not impressive. The room has a worn down look. I booked a room with a balcony. This costs an extra EUR 20 or more per night, which is a total waste. The balcony is empty and too small to fit even a chair. It is worthless, see the photo. So, to sum it up, the hotel has a good location and the basic facilities, but it is worn down and outdated. It is not a four-star hotel, one or two at the most, and the price for a room is out of proportion. My wife and I stayeds for a full week. I recommend you look for another place in Olbia.

This was our second stay in Hotel Centrale and once again was excellent. Alessio and Alexandre were super friendly and very helpful. They gave us room 301 on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the Corso Umberto all the way down to the port and Tavolara Island. Rooms are extremely clean. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Lots of wonderful restaurants, cafes and shops close by. Thanks for a wonderful stay - we will be back!!

Lovely hotel right in a really central location perfect for visiting a fabulous city. Room was excellent with all facilities and great breakfast.

Great central location on a Main Street. Nice breakfast. Room was very small with just a single bed. Not easy to get in with key. No view. Ok for one night stopover.

The pictures on websites are flattering to say the least. We booked a room with a balcony that was basically a door leading to a shelf! The air conditioning was leaking and caused a puddle in the floor great was extremely dangerous and the shower was basically a drip of tepid water. The noise from the street is horrendous and they don’t warn you that you stay over a restaurant that plays music into the early hours so forget a good night’s sleep- food there is awful by the way and much better available in the area. After seeking help from Giulia and Carmen In reception we weee moved to another room that was basically the last room available in the hotel with no view and smelt mouldy. As this room was considerably cheaper than the one booked I asked for a refund and after being passed to the owner I was “gifted” a refund. The refund has never turned up and I have been lied to several times by the staff at the hotel. Olbia is lovely but stay elsewhere as although I accept things break and accidents happen being lied to is not the way to run a hotel. I have been around the world and never been treated this way. Avoid to have a nice trip.
