Our big family chose this hotel for a reason. In this wonderful place, very responsive staff and incomparable service! I would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone who reads this review. I would especially like to note the work of the girls at the reception, who always met and helped in any matter. I would especially like to mention the Russian-speaking girl Aiturgan, who was very nice and happy to help us. Thanks!

ICH WAR ENTTÄUSCHT! Ich bin mit meiner Frau für die Flitterwochen gekommen. Ich war um 11:30 Uhr dort. Ich habe vier Stunden lang auf mein Zimmer gewartet. Es hat nicht gereicht. Wir haben oft erklärt, dass wir in die Flitterwochen fahren. SIE HABEN NICHT VERZIERT. WIEDER WARTEN WIR 3 STUNDEN, ES WAR 16:00. ICH BEtrat DAS ZIMMER. DEKORATION NUR 1 FRUCHT MIT RED HEART CHAMPAGNER. SIE DEKORIEREN DAS ZIMMER FÜR DIE RUSSEN. ICH SEHE ES AUF INSTEGRAM IN DEN STORIES. Aber ich habe von 11:30 bis 16:00 Uhr angefangen, um ein kleines Herz für meine Nation zu machen!!! WERTEN DIE RUSSEN UNS NICHT GEBEN, DEKORIEREN SIE SEHR SCHÖN, ABER DEKORIEREN SIE NICHT FÜR IHRE NATION!! Ich habe 2.000€ GEGEBEN YU!! Ich werde nie wiederkommen!

Pro + Eigener Strand + Viele Bars + Gutes Animationsprogramm und Animateure + Zimmer sind in Ordnung + View bar , Lobby sehr gute Cocktails + A la carte , türkisch zu empfehlen + Bazar schnell zu erreichen , zu fuß 5 min + Sehr freundliches Personal Contra : - Ananassaft schmeckt nur nach Wasser - kein Billard , Kicker im außenbereich /terasse - fernseher auf den Zimmer veraltet / kein smart TV oder TV mit Screen Sharing fürs Handy - WLAN sehr schlecht Richtung Pool/ strandnähe Im großen und ganzen zufrieden, klar gibt es wie oben angemerkt noch verbesserungsmöglichkeiten, auch sollte man sich als deutscher Gast darauf einstellen das viele russische bürger im Hotel sind

Ich möchte mich an allen Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen ganz herzlich bedanken. Wir waren mit 6 Nächte in diesem großartigen Anlage zu Gast. Es waren unvergessliche Tage. Vor allem unser Zimmer Deluxe Doppelzimmer mit Whirlpool ist nur empfehlenswert. Auch empfehlenswert ist die Aquariumbar, der Barkeeper Yusuf und Herr Özen der unsere Wünsche aus unseren Lippen auslesen konnte, möchte ich mich nochmals ganz herzlich bedanken. Der animator Veysel hat und jeden Tag sehr unterhalten. Es war unser erstes aber nicht letztes Besuch gewesen. Ich freue mich auf ein Wiedersehen. Gruß Y.Cimen

We stay in an apartmant with two separeted rooms (one for us and one for our children). The room was clean and everyday the housekeeping came, cleaned and chanched towels. There was various activities for all family members at the pool or in the sport area. In the restorant was a lot of food diversity for all taste. We had a personal assistant from the TUI agency who keep us inform every day about activities, weather, make reservation for a la carte restaurant.

Wir blieben hier für 10 Tage, 2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder. Gute Punkte: sauberes Hotel, saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal, vieles von Lebensmitteln. Trinken waren schön. schlechte Punkte: nicht genug Sonnenbetten um den Pool. Wenn Sie nicht um 6 Uhr Ihre Handtücher absetzen, erhalten Sie kein Bett, das lächerlich ist! Das Hotel sollte nicht zulassen, dass die Menschen das tun. Wir saßen dort den ganzen Tag und sahen die Menschen nach dem ganzen Tag ausgehen zu ihren Betten zurück um 1600! Der Pool schließt im Jahr 1900, aber das Personal schwimmt Sie aus den Sonnenbäden im Jahr 1730, um Platz für Abendessen zu machen... es gibt 1 Lebenswache, die die Schleifen für 2 Stunden am Tag beobachtet. Er war nicht täglich da! Die Leute zoomten die Schleifen. Es ist eine Katastrophe, die auf das passiert!! Der Kinderpool ist klein. Wenn Sie einen Toddler haben, dann ist dieser Ort nicht für Sie! Glücklicherweise war mein 5-jähriger genug sicher, mit Armbanden zu schwimmen, da sie nicht den Boden in einem der Pools berühren konnte ( neben dem Kinderpool! Was buchstäblich 1.5m von 1.5m) Unterhaltung war ok, nicht viel Unterhaltung für das Englische aber in meinem Beurteilung. Personal konnte nicht groß Englisch sprechen, so dass meine Tochter den Kinderclub nicht genossen, weil sie nicht mit ihnen sprechen konnte. Essen war ok - aber gab uns alle Krankheit und Diarrhö. Es war viel zu wählen von aber das gleiche die meisten Tage. Wir haben es nach etwa 5 Tagen krank gemacht. Die Mädchen haben Ihre Zimmer nicht wirklich gereinigt - buchstäblich nur die Betten gemacht und die Handtücher geändert. Keine Brille wurden von den Zimmern entfernt oder ausgezogene Gummi. Strand war ok, aber Strandschuhe sind 100% nötig. Das Meer war zu grau, um die Kinder zu genießen, da die Wellen wirklich groß sind. Die Zimmer sind überhaupt nicht gehört. Kann absolut alles hören. Einige Hotels, die den Nachtclub nicht entlang standen, bis ca. 0200am. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt, aber würden dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen, wenn Sie Kinder haben.
