GGuest UserDie Klimaanlage war zu laut und störte den Schlaf, da sie ständig ein- und ausgeschaltet wurde. Am wichtigsten ist mir eine gute Nachtruhe. Es ist nicht passiert.
Alles andere war super.
Buffet war heiß und gut zum Frühstück.

GGastnutzerThis property was a great location in Bricktown area. Parking is an issue, yes valet is there at an an addition cost that can be confusing if you don't pick at first. The valet service is worth the price in that they provide versus the self park. Construction was currently in process, mad the lobby area congested and back door open at will. During our stay we. requested room fresh linens and bed service. Staff was friendly and courtesus during the stay at a base level.

SSwenstadUnser Aufenthalt war großartig! Das Zimmer war geräumig, schön und sauber! Das Hotel-Bereich war ruhig! Parkplatz war auch großartig! Es war die perfekte Lage, zu gehen in die Bricktown! Sehr empfehlen dieses Hotel!

BBabiePeanut16405I booked a reservation for a 2 night stay and not one time while staying here did i have a problem with any of the staff members let alone everyone that was also staying here. They stay on top of keeping the everything clean. Anytime i would have a problem with something, I would have certain questions that i need to ask, if they would see that im struggling with certain things ( my luggage dropping on the floor, if my hands are overflowing an would need help with a extra pair of hands etc ) they would always be there to assist me. If there’s a time where i would feel that my safety could possibly be in jeopardy, they would walk with me all the way to my room makinf sure that ive gotten to my room safely and make sure that nobody was following me / know what room im in. The meals for breakfast would always be made fresh an not anywhere close to being expired. I would refer this hotel to anyone and everyone if they was in need of looking for a room.

GGastnutzerDer Väterservice war ausgezeichnet und eine Segen in der Wärme. Auch, alles ist in der Nähe, so dass es nicht viel Fahren oder Verkehr zu stören Ihren Aufenthalt. .
Wir vermissten einen Haartrockner, aber das Front Desk war schnell, um einen zu unserem Zimmer zu liefern.

GGastnutzerThe breakfast food, it was nothing like the reviews said it was. There were no eggs , just some cold rubber sausage and chewy potato pieces. There was no plates. The lady bringing out the breakfast was nice , but she did not care About her job. She literally said Well this is what you get when you get free breakfast. I was appalled. The rooms are a $100 and up.So you would think that the continental free breakfast would be awesome! But sadly that was not the case. When we first got there, the room that we got the A.C did not work and the tv Didn't either. However the lady At the front desk was Extremely nice & very helpful! We appreciated her!

GGuest UserDas einzige Problem, das wir hatten, war, dass ich ein Raucherzimmer reserviert hatte, aber als wir ankamen, sagte der Mann, der uns eincheckte, es sei kein Raucherzimmer und würde uns nicht in ein Raucherzimmer bringen. Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht, weil wir wussten, dass es Raucherzimmer gibt. Ziemlich enttäuscht von diesem Aufenthalt.

Um ihre Arbeitstitel die Zimmer könnte sauber sein, aber sie passen mir einfach gut sie stören u überhaupt nicht, es sei denn, der Gast ist zu Problemen Kiki muss der Manager bc sie geht oben und darüber und bleibt professionell
