I will preface this by saying that the manager and front desk person did address my issues and did do their best to correct the issues. I was traveling to OKC to meet up with my son and his family for his birthday. We were wanting to have dinner at Ramsey's Kitchen and I wanted a hotel near that location. I tried for several days to find a hotel in OKC that didn't have terrible reviews and offered breakfast. Not having breakfast was a deal breaker for me. Since my son has a 5 year old daughter - we needed breakfast. I called Marriott, after not having any luck on the website, and was offered this hotel with the breakfast rate. I checked the reviews and while they weren't terrible, not all of them were great. But the hotel was in the area that I needed, so I booked it. I had two queen rooms: 419 and 421. Both were clean on the surface. However when I dropped a vitamin on the floor and was down trying to find it, instead I found a LOT of trash (some disgusting) under the dresser. That was my straw. As to the actual room conditions: there is condensation around the windows and water pools on the window sill in both rooms. The paint/paper is peeling away from the walls near the AC in both rooms. There is a pink stain on one wall - in each room. And the baseboard in the bathroom in room 421, under the sink is peeling away from the wall. On the surface those are minor issues. There is a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot in the room. There isn't a closet but rather a wardrobe that is rather small. You have to hang your clothes front to back rather than side to side like a normal closet. That made getting to items in the back hard. The dresser is comprised of a storage box type. Those were stained/dirty. The lighting in the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to doing makeup. I did like the walk in glass shower. There is lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap in the room, if you forget yours. The beds were awesome. They were very comfortable and I have zero complaints about them. There is ample storage on the dresser and quite a few power outlets. My main issue aside from the unfortunate find under the dresser was the breakfast. There is a menu in the room. But those items listed for breakfast is not what is offered. Or at least not what we were offered. We stayed three days. On day one we were offered eggs (either liquid or powder), sausage, and toast. I asked for toast and fruit. I was given semi cold toast and a tangerine. There was no cereal, no pastries, no omelets, no other sides or menu items as listed on the room menu. I don't recall if there was juice or not - but it wasn't in the breakfast area. I was told at check in that breakfast was ”cooked to order.” Cooked to order in advance - not upon order. There was coffee and hot water in the lobby. Day two- the same as the day before. I got toast and two bananas. The breakfast person was very apologetic. I explained that I am limited to what I can eat and there

***BED BUGS*** ***Update: the response from the hotel is completely false. They need to provide proper paperwork from an extermination company, rather than an email saying ”Our maintenance company looked around.” They are operating illegally, and refuse to have someone inspect the property formally. I have sent pictures of the home in the mattress where the bed bugs live, as well as the bugs themselves. They still refuse to do anything at all. They just keep having maintenance ”look” during the day which doesn't help anyway; bed bugs are nocturnal. Please email me if you'd like to join me in a case to sue Wingate by Wyndham OKC.*** Stay away from this place! It is horribly dirty, and a walking liability, every bit of it. My family and I stayed there last night and couldn't help but noticed the stains, the smells, it wasn't wiped down or vacuumed. However, it was late and our kids needed sleep. They didn't have anything ready for our kids' pull-out couch/bed, and had to take something from another room for us. We checked around our bed before sleeping in it, but it looked fine at first glance, enough to stay one night. My husband woke up at 2am to BED BUGS ON HIM. We immediately flipped the mattress and found their home. We packed up all of our belongings which were scattered around the floor, to leave the hotel. The night shift clerk had TERRIBLE service. He would not call the manager, and I have been unsuccessful in getting ahold of anyone who can make this right. We will have to toss our most loved clothing and items, change flights, and head back to Colorado early because of the plain neglect of the hotel staff. This post remains up until I hear from corporate directly.

I really wanted to like this hotel, and there are some things to like. It is a beautifully restored historic building, which is a plus. The rooms are large, and the beds comfortable. However, the management needs to pay more attention to details. After a full day out at appointments, I came back to a room that had not been touched. The bed was unmade, the trash was not emptied, the empty glasses had not been picked up, and I had no clean towel to take a shower before dinner, and I was in a time crunch. (The hotel is supposed to provide daily housekeeping.) The front desk didn't answer the phone when I called from my room, so I got dressed and walked down to talk to someone in person. I was told housekeeping would come right away. But they did not. And so I had to call again, this time getting an answer but still greatly delayed on anyone showing up at my door. If this were a Hilton Garden Inn, I would expect less on service. But at a Hilton property like this, I expect more. A huge oversight is the bizarre room service menu offered. Where else in America can you not order a hamburger or some basic food from room service. I wasn't in the mood for a Wagyu steak. So I went to the bar and found a hamburger and fries. But the bar is not allowed to sell desserts. What? Who thought that was a good idea. The next night I ate a chicken Caesar salad in the bar and nearly broke my teeth on at least four chicken bones not properly removed. Nice property, good location, nice rooms (don't expect a view though) but somewhat lacking in basic service. This should be an easy fix for management.

Der Väterservice war ausgezeichnet und eine Segen in der Wärme. Auch, alles ist in der Nähe, so dass es nicht viel Fahren oder Verkehr zu stören Ihren Aufenthalt. . Wir vermissten einen Haartrockner, aber das Front Desk war schnell, um einen zu unserem Zimmer zu liefern.

Zunächst möchte ich das Personal beglückwünschen. Der Kundenservice war hervorragend und freundlich. Auch wir wurden Fläschchen Wasser geliefert, wann immer wir sie benötigten. Leider geht es hier runter von hier. Ich habe diese Wochenende Mädchen Reise gebucht, die auf dem Aufenthalt in einem Aloft in einer anderen Stadt basiert und war über unseren Aufenthalt erfreut, bis wir in die Tür zu Fuß gestiegen. Das erste, was wir nach einem sehr heißen Spaziergang mit unserem Gepäck vom Bahnhof bemerkt haben, ist, dass es NO AC in den gemeinsamen Bereichen gibt. Die Zeiten außerhalb reichen von 90-110 Grad! Sie hatten einen Fan auf dem Hotelrezeptor, wenn ich dort ein Mitarbeiter wäre, würde ich nicht bleiben. Kommen Sie heraus, dass es in über einem Jahr nicht repariert ist! WAS???? Haben Sie mich verarschen? Ein Teil des Zuges zu den Hotels ist in der Lage, in den Gemeinden zu hängen, spielen einige Spiele, Lounge auf den Couchs und genießen ein Frühstück ohne Schwitzen in ihm. So mussten wir in unserem Zimmer bleiben, wenn wir zwischen der Sicht abkühlen wollten. Zweitens: Wir waren sehr aufgeregt, wir konnten in den Pool aushängen, da das Hotel nicht erfrischend war. Ich bin kein Poolexperte, aber ich denke nicht, dass Poolwasser wolkenhaft sein sollte. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass es wenig zu keiner Wartung getan ist. Für mich sollte das Poolwasser klar sein und PH korrekt überwacht und gepflegt. Ich hatte kein Wassertest kit, aber es war nicht einladen, zu schwimmen in-sehr enttäuschend. (Es gab einen Mann, der um den Pool am Morgen aufgezogen hat, so dass ich denke, es war etwas) Drittens - Möbel, Räume und andere Gegenstände in den gemeinsamen Bereichen, um den Pool und im Hotelzimmer, in dem wir geblieben waren schmutzig, gefärbt und verbrannt. Die Stickerei-Dekorationen in den Aufzügen wurden in Orten getaucht und nur billig aussehen. Vierter Hotelzimmer selbst. Sink und Counter wurden gekrackt. Der Wasserdruck war kaum genug, um Shampoo aus den Haaren zu waschen und die Beleuchtung war so dunkel im Dusche konnte man kaum sehen. Fliesen sah aus, als wäre es nicht in einer Weile gereinigt worden. Die Betten waren bequem genug, aber Sie sollten wirklich mehr als einen Stuhl in einem Zimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten. Klimaanlage funktionierte gut, aber riecht etwas musty.

Great stay, all the Courtyard usuals: fast WiFi, comfortable bed, great amenities and great shower pressure. Desk staff seemed stressed when we checked in but they’re was a large group checking in at the same time. Memorial was a 15 minute walk, same for Bass Pro. Cattlemen’s was a $10 Uber.

Das Hotel ist gut gepflegt, saubere Zimmer und moderne Ferienanlagen, die zu einer schönen Atmosphäre beitragen. Ich war beeindruckt mit dem Personal; sie waren freundlich und untergebracht, die Eincheckung war ein reibungsloser Prozess und leicht zur Verfügung zu sein, um bei allen Anfragen zu helfen. Sicherlich wert, hier noch einmal zu bleiben, wenn ich in OKC bin

The is a new nice beautiful and modern hotel. We certainly enjoyed staying there. The bathroom is quite nice and modern, The shower is a rain type with plenty of water raining on top of your head. I’m really very pleased, this was my second stay there., and I will stay there again & again when I m in the area. I can’t end this without mentioning the price, which is very affordable even for me.
