Dieses Hotel hat viel mehr geliefert, als wir erwartet hatten. Alle waren sehr nett, die Zimmer waren sehr schön und es gibt sogar langfristige Studiozimmer mit Küche! Wir hatten keine Zeit für den Pool, aber er war viel größer als die meisten und sieht wirklich sauber aus. Das Frühstück war unglaublich (es ist schon so lange her, dass wir Hotelwaffeln bekommen haben lol) und es gibt den ganzen Tag kostenlosen Kaffee und Tee.

Mein Mann und ich blieben hier eine Nacht auf einer Kreuzfahrt mit unseren beiden Puppen. Das Hotel ist schön und modern. Es wird von einer alten Ford Model T-Montagefabrik umgewandelt, so dass das ganze Hotel offen und geräumig ist. Wir lieben das Kunstwerk. Das Zimmer ist groß, neu und sehr sauber. Meine einzige Beschwerde ist, dass das Zimmer sehr dunkel ist. Auch mit jeder Lampe/Licht wechselte, war das Zimmer noch sehr dunkel. Ich kann nicht mit den Einrichtungen sprechen, wenn wir spät ankommen und früh am nächsten Morgen verlassen.

Will never stay again. The layout of our suite was terrible. Our king bed faced directly into the bathroom. The sliding barn door to the bathroom was slightly opaque when closed but clearly forms and light shown through. When the door is open we looked DIRECTLY at the sink, mirror and countertop from our bed. The TV was placed to the side of the bathroom barn door and was made to swivel between the bed and the sitting area. The AC blew directly onto the bed and we had to cover it with towels not to be frozen and uncomfortable. The room was clean and quiet. But not a choice for us again.

Ich bin immer ein wenig skeptisch über Bewertungen, die sagen ”Perfekt!”, aber es war. Wir waren am Ende eines langen Tages, fahren über I-40 und buchten das auf der Wyndham App. Check-in war schnell und einfach dank dem Kerl auf dem Desktop. Ich dachte nicht, seinen Namen für die Bewertung zu bekommen, tut mir leid! Er war effizient und freundlich und in wenigen Minuten hatte er unsere Schlüssel bereit und hatte ein paar Fragen über das Gebiet für uns beantwortet. Auch ein paar Flaschen Wasser angeboten. Rein Zimmer, gute Betten und freundliches Personal - nur das, was wir nach einem langen Fahrtag benötigt haben. Dies wird unser Stop in OKC von jetzt an sein. Wir sind echte Reisende, nicht mit Baymont oder Wyndham verbunden.

This was by far a bad experience. Although I know it's not the properties fault it's just where the location of the hotel is that makes it a bad experience. I stayed there with my mom 9/13-9/16 2024. My mom's truck got broken into on Friday night along with 7 other vehicles. Other than that the front desk crew was very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was stocked and nice variety of items. The rooms were clean, could use a updated but overall was clean. I booked with my Wyndham rewards. Although I'm disappointed that when I do stay at a Wyndham property I'm not getting points for staying.

What a amazing great advocated staff!!!! We spent a night in Hampton inn Oklahoma in our way home to Georgia. My husband left his valuable watch in room in this hotel. We made a call, and they said they talk to manager. Mrs. Jasmine mailed the watch to our house in georgia. How we can say thank to such great staff. Plus we really enjoyed our stay, such amazing clean room and what a wonderful breakfast. We both thank you all!!!!

Sehr bequem Hotel, das Hotel liegt in einem bequemen Viertel, in der Nähe ist ein großes mexikanisches Restaurant, auf der anderen Seite ist McDonald's und nebeneinander gibt es zwei Tankstellen. In der Nähe der Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahn benötigt es drei bis vier Minuten Fahrt von der Quick-Restaurant Kentucky und sieben Minuten Fahrt von dem chinesischen Buffet. Es ist sehr nah vom Einkaufszentrum und drei Minuten vom Sam-Mitgliedsgeschäft entfernt. Das Frühstück des Hotels kann sauber sein, das Zimmer ist warm und warm genug. Da das Hotel sehr bequem ist und der Parkplatz auch sehr bequem ist, haben wir mehrere Male weitergelebt. Die Servicepersonal des Hotels und die Familienangehörigen sind auf Anfrage zugewiesen. Darüber hinaus ist das Hotel auch sehr kostengünstig, weniger als $ 50 pro Nacht, sehr praktisch. Ein Freund mit einem Auto wird dringend empfohlen, ins Hotel zu bleiben!

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, es gibt eine einfache Küche, die Bequemlichkeit für die Menschen, die gerne Schnauze haben, die Gesundheit ist alle Aspekte zufrieden, kann zu nahe der Autobahn sein, es gibt ein wenig Schallschutz, im Allgemeinen ok.

***BED BUGS*** ***Update: the response from the hotel is completely false. They need to provide proper paperwork from an extermination company, rather than an email saying ”Our maintenance company looked around.” They are operating illegally, and refuse to have someone inspect the property formally. I have sent pictures of the home in the mattress where the bed bugs live, as well as the bugs themselves. They still refuse to do anything at all. They just keep having maintenance ”look” during the day which doesn't help anyway; bed bugs are nocturnal. Please email me if you'd like to join me in a case to sue Wingate by Wyndham OKC.*** Stay away from this place! It is horribly dirty, and a walking liability, every bit of it. My family and I stayed there last night and couldn't help but noticed the stains, the smells, it wasn't wiped down or vacuumed. However, it was late and our kids needed sleep. They didn't have anything ready for our kids' pull-out couch/bed, and had to take something from another room for us. We checked around our bed before sleeping in it, but it looked fine at first glance, enough to stay one night. My husband woke up at 2am to BED BUGS ON HIM. We immediately flipped the mattress and found their home. We packed up all of our belongings which were scattered around the floor, to leave the hotel. The night shift clerk had TERRIBLE service. He would not call the manager, and I have been unsuccessful in getting ahold of anyone who can make this right. We will have to toss our most loved clothing and items, change flights, and head back to Colorado early because of the plain neglect of the hotel staff. This post remains up until I hear from corporate directly.

The hotels general manager, Patel, made everything from checking in to checking out miserable. I work for Marriott. I know that the Marriott standard is to treat every guest like family. The goal is to make people want to come back. Her customer service skills are subpar, and if she doesn’t know how to treat another Marriott employee and their family, who showed nothing but kindness, I hate to think how she treats her employees that shes’s actually in charge of. Based on what I hear, it’s not well. The front desk employee, Liz, runs the place like a well oiled machine and should replace Patel immediately. She treats everyone who walks in the door like her best friend. She is the only reason I didn’t take my money elsewhere. And there are PLENTY of hotels within 5 miles of that place. As for the hotel itself, there’s not much to complain about. The hotel is clean and quiet. Breakfast is adequate. The rooms seem to be kept up. It’s probably the only reason, that and Liz, that people stay there. When you manage a hotel, you need to always keep in mind your guests are there for a variety of reasons. I had a sudden death in the family and had to fly home for a funeral. The last thing I needed to worry about was management treating my family members checking in with disrespect. And the last thing any of us needed at such a sensitive time was front desk staff taking out their lack of customer service skills on us. You never know what people are going through. Being nice to paying guests, and greeting them with a smile isn’t hard to do. The general manger could really use some training on how to run a hotel and to gain some people skills. She’s obviously miserable and you can clearly see on the faces of the employees that her lack of enthusiasm for the people who stay there is wearing thin the tolerance the staff has for the guests and their needs. It’s only a matter of time before people take their money elsewhere.
