Hotel is well maintained and a great location if you’re heading to the Paycom Center! We had a couple of glitches getting in as the line for dropping off cars for valet was stopped for 20 minutes. Once we were able to pull in, the attendant was quick. Only one computer was working at check in, then only one elevator was working- in a large hotel with 15 floors. That caused a long wait after the concert when everyone got back to the hotel. Room was very clean but the bathroom wallpaper is coming off the wall AND the toilet did not flush 50% of the time. We realized it at 11 pm, so we didn't report it until we checked out. I will say they sent a couple of texts to check in- that was a nice touch!

Torn towels, no tray for microwave, coffee provided but no way to make it. However the bed was very comfortable.

Great stay except the valet lady leaving my windows cracked and my seat were wet

The service was good and it is a very nice place. we did not actually eat any food at the place things were way to expensive.

The staff was very attentive and polite. The rooms are well constructed but, not all the outlets worked. I wish I had known about the 32$-a-day parking.

The valet service was excellent and a blessing in the heat. Also, everything is closeby so there is not much driving or traffic to hassele your stay. . We were missing a hairdryer but the front desk was prompt to deliver one to our room.

Cleanest hotel we've ever been in. Beautiful and the layout was spectacular! So happy we spent our 39th wedding anniversary there!
