The hotels general manager, Patel, made everything from checking in to checking out miserable. I work for Marriott. I know that the Marriott standard is to treat every guest like family. The goal is to make people want to come back. Her customer service skills are subpar, and if she doesn’t know how to treat another Marriott employee and their family, who showed nothing but kindness, I hate to think how she treats her employees that shes’s actually in charge of. Based on what I hear, it’s not well. The front desk employee, Liz, runs the place like a well oiled machine and should replace Patel immediately. She treats everyone who walks in the door like her best friend. She is the only reason I didn’t take my money elsewhere. And there are PLENTY of hotels within 5 miles of that place. As for the hotel itself, there’s not much to complain about. The hotel is clean and quiet. Breakfast is adequate. The rooms seem to be kept up. It’s probably the only reason, that and Liz, that people stay there. When you manage a hotel, you need to always keep in mind your guests are there for a variety of reasons. I had a sudden death in the family and had to fly home for a funeral. The last thing I needed to worry about was management treating my family members checking in with disrespect. And the last thing any of us needed at such a sensitive time was front desk staff taking out their lack of customer service skills on us. You never know what people are going through. Being nice to paying guests, and greeting them with a smile isn’t hard to do. The general manger could really use some training on how to run a hotel and to gain some people skills. She’s obviously miserable and you can clearly see on the faces of the employees that her lack of enthusiasm for the people who stay there is wearing thin the tolerance the staff has for the guests and their needs. It’s only a matter of time before people take their money elsewhere.

Mein Mann und ich blieben hier eine Nacht auf einer Kreuzfahrt mit unseren beiden Puppen. Das Hotel ist schön und modern. Es wird von einer alten Ford Model T-Montagefabrik umgewandelt, so dass das ganze Hotel offen und geräumig ist. Wir lieben das Kunstwerk. Das Zimmer ist groß, neu und sehr sauber. Meine einzige Beschwerde ist, dass das Zimmer sehr dunkel ist. Auch mit jeder Lampe/Licht wechselte, war das Zimmer noch sehr dunkel. Ich kann nicht mit den Einrichtungen sprechen, wenn wir spät ankommen und früh am nächsten Morgen verlassen.

New hotel that underwent an amazing reno. Booked the Junior Suite and what a wonderful room for a good price! Spacious, separate “living room” with gorgeous light fixtures, deep blue wall color with wonderful white baseboards and doors, beautiful window coverings and carpet. The bedroom is huge with wonderful bathroom that has a gorgeous large shower and vanity. Bronze fixtures everywhere which look so classy. Only problem was the “night light” under the vanity--flips on and off erratically. The Great Hall on the main floor is glorious. Soaring ceilings that look to be 30+ feet high, gorgeous art deco light fixtures and décor. Wonderful place for a drink to enjoy the surroundings. Parking is available in the attached garage which is the worst ever. Extremely narrow lanes that curve in ridiculous ways. Unfortunately that’s the only option to be near the hotel. We did not do valet parking (about $6 more), which is a must to avoid this horrendous garage.

Das Essen im Skirvin ist ausgezeichnet und der Zimmerservice war schnell und lecker. Das Personal war freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist mehr als ausreichend. Das Parken war gut beleuchtet mit einem Wachmann im Dienst und die Valet-Mitarbeiter waren zuvorkommend und freundlich. Unsere Gesamterfahrung war so gut und besser als das, was wir auf unseren häufigen Reisen erlebt haben. Ich wünschte nur, wir könnten einen besseren Preis in der Nähe von $100,00 für einen Standard-König bekommen.

My family was in OKC for a sporting event. While others from the team chose to stay in Bricktown, we chose this location based on ease of parking. It ended up being the right choice. Our room was so spacious that 4 of us had more than enough room to move around. The bathroom was massive and came equipped with shampoo/conditioner/body wash, the closet was a huge walk in, and the room itself was very clean. Check-in was a breeze and the staff was very friendly. Several restaurants nearby! The pho place in front of the hotel was incredible. The only complaint that I have was that breakfast was lacking in quality. The eggs were rubbery and the sausage was cold, so we stuck to cereal each morning. But I truly care more about the cleanliness than the breakfast anyway, so that doesn’t take away from my stay in any way. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Have stayed here on visits to OKC for nearly 20 years. Despite being an older hotel (built i969 as an original HoJo) than the others in the area, it is very well maintained and the rooms are always clean and remodeled every few years. On this trip, I was having problems getting hooked up to the wi-fi from my laptop and went to the front desk, where the clerk found an issue with Google, so she set me up on another browser - and had no problems since. Beds are comfortable to sleep on, shower had hot water and the price included free hot breakfast. Also, the lobby area has a bunch of vintage Howard Johnson's memorabilia on walls in the lobby area including ads.

GGuest UserIch habe nur als Teil meiner Route 66-Reise hier geblieben und es war in den 3 besten Hotels, die ich auf dieser Reise geblieben habe. Was für ein wunderschöner Boutique-Sitz ist dies ist Hilton selbst mit diesem Curio-Marke Hotel. Die Lobby verfügt über einen gemütlichen öffentlichen Sitzbereich, und alle Leute, die ich am Vordertisch getroffen habe, waren engagiert, freundlich und hilfreich. (Die Lobby hat diesen entspannenden Spa-ähnlichen Geruch, der einen ruhigen Ton für Ihren Aufenthalt setzt). Das Zimmer war unglaublich geräumig und es war eines der wenigen Hotels post-Covid-19, die eigentlich Pens und Pisten hatten. Das Innendekoration im Colcord hat das Gefühl eines hochendlichen Luxushotels. Meine Aussicht überblickte einen botanischen Garten und das Spaziergang der Gegend fühlte sich sicher. Das beigefügte Restaurant, Flint, bot ein vielfältiges Menü (großes Essen, mein Scalop-Appetit war einer der frischsten, die ich je in einem Landverriegelten Zustand hatte) und ein unglaublich freundliches Personal. Ich hoffe, dass sie wieder hier bleiben, und ich hoffe, dass sie dieses Niveau des Komforts und des Services beibehalten.

GGuest UserEs war OK. Es war sauber, aber kleine Zimmer. Der Vordertafelmann Chris war angenehmen und hilfreich. 😂😂😂. Dies war nicht ihre Schuld, aber am Tag, an dem wir angekommen waren, ging die Stromausgabe aus und wir begannen zu panischen. Es war 102 Grad draußen. Ich ging mit meinem Telefon-Flashlight, weil die Treppen dunkel waren. Chris sagte, das Licht würde in einer Stunde wieder aufgehen, die sie taten. Dann würde das Kabel nicht wieder aufkommen. Es gibt nicht viel schöne Restaurants da draußen. Manchmal sind sie geschlossen. Auch die meisten Orte in der Nähe um 9 Uhr kennen. Das Zentrum ist gut, aber gehen Sie dort hinunter zum Essen.

GGuest UserUm Mittag kam er oder so und James war sehr hilfreich bei der Eincheckung. Als Spire Elite wurde ich auf eine Suite upgradiert. Diese Suite hat etwas, das ich selten sehen kann: ein Deckfans im Sitzbereich. Ein sehr schönes Merkmal, mit AC zu gehen (es war fast 100 Grad draußen an einem Punkt!). schwacher Wasserdruck war das einzige schlechte Sache über das Zimmer. Voll Frühstück, gut zu sehen, da einige Standorte noch langsam zu rollen. GGuest UserWenn Sie nach einem qualitativ hochwertigen, erschwinglichen und sauberen Hotel suchen, besuchen Sie das Holiday Inn in der Holland Street in Oklahoma City. Schöne Ein- und Auschecken. Es gibt einen Cracker Barrel in der Nähe von Fußgängern. Das Hotel serviert Frühstück von 6 bis 9 Uhr täglich. Das Frühstück war hart kochte Eier, Kuchen und Grau, frisches Obst, Kaffee, Saft und Milch. Jedes Zimmer war mit einer Mikrowelle, einem Minikühlschrank und Keurig ausgestattet. Das Hotel ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt von der Vorstadt,Edmond. Gemütliches Aufenthalt und Planung, in diesem Hotel bei künftigen Besuchen in OKC zurückzukehren. Es sah im Vergleich zu den nahe gelegenen Hotels neu aus.

BBabiePeanut16405I booked a reservation for a 2 night stay and not one time while staying here did i have a problem with any of the staff members let alone everyone that was also staying here. They stay on top of keeping the everything clean. Anytime i would have a problem with something, I would have certain questions that i need to ask, if they would see that im struggling with certain things ( my luggage dropping on the floor, if my hands are overflowing an would need help with a extra pair of hands etc ) they would always be there to assist me. If there’s a time where i would feel that my safety could possibly be in jeopardy, they would walk with me all the way to my room makinf sure that ive gotten to my room safely and make sure that nobody was following me / know what room im in. The meals for breakfast would always be made fresh an not anywhere close to being expired. I would refer this hotel to anyone and everyone if they was in need of looking for a room.

GGuest UserDie Vordertafel-Betreuer waren scheiße. Ich ging ins Zimmer und das erste, was ich bemerkte, war ein Stein im Dusche, und später zwei auf Nachtstand. Die Hälfte der Lichter im Zimmer hatten keine Lichtblasen in ihnen. Wärme- und Lufteinheit funktionierte nicht richtig nur auf vollen Blasen erhitzt und würde einen schrecklichen Laut alle zehn Minuten grob machen, wenn es klang es das Fernsehen aus. zieht aus dem Bett in der Couch und es gab ein Blatt mit einem großen gelben Farbe in der Mitte Es schmeckt schrecklich. Auch gab es eine ältere Betreuer in der Nacht, die sehr unpassend und grob mehr als die meisten. Das war der schrecklichste Aufenthalt von dreieinhalb Wochen in einem Hotel je, auch der Hotel-Shop, wo sie Pops, Süßigkeiten, etwas Essen usw. verkaufen, sie markieren mehr als 200%!!!! Der Tageszeit Front Desk Clerk mit blondem Haar spricht, wie er ist weit besser als jeder, auch für Kunden!! Sie zahlen auch extra pro Person über zwei im Zimmer, so dass Sie nicht sicher, wie das mit Kindern funktioniert.

Sstaceyvb7Mein Freund und ich blieben während der Familie in OKC für Xmas besucht. Sofort beim Einchecken gab es keine natürliche Person am Büro und ich wartete wahrscheinlich 5 Minuten, bevor wir gegrüßt wurden. Dann wurde uns die falsche Zimmernummer beim Einchecken erzählt. Nach dem Eingang in unser Zimmer bemerkten wir, dass eine der Kissen in der Mitte des Bettes ohne Kissenkabine war und die Kissen auf ihr große gelbe Farben hatten. Das Badezimmer hatte Schmutz auf dem Boden und die Dusche hatte mehrere verschwundene Haare auf der Duschewand und Ruhe auf dem Deckel. Handtücher hatten schwarze/braune Farben auf ihnen. Eines unserer Fenster schloss nicht die ganze Straße und der Tempel war in den 30er und 40er Jahren in der Nacht. Nicht sicher, ob es eine COVID-Einschränkung ist, aber es gibt kein Telefon im Zimmer oder stören Sie nicht das Zeichen. Das Bett war extrem fest. Das einzige positive über das Hotel war, dass es Haustiere freundlich und etwa eine Meile von meiner Familie. Ich werde nicht wieder bleiben und würde niemanden empfehlen, hier zu bleiben.

GGuest UserDo not always believe what u read or hear about something or somewhere. I came to stay at the Days inn on NW Expressway, OKC until I could find a home and I have 2 dogs. They have helped me out more than any places ever has. They respect my privacy, they watch out for everyone that stays here, and they even hand out a candy bar or drink once in a while to the people passing by that may not have anywhere to go. I've never seen them treat anyone without respect and the. Name sure their to everyone. The rooms don't. Have bugs, they are pet friendly and don't forget breakfast every morning ? So take the time and join us at the Days Inn you won't have to worry about any crimes or bad people either. The rates are really good, and it's located in a spot that u can get food, go shopping, go to the park, or the hospitals. Convenience at its finest!
