Ausgezeichneter Ort zum Aufenthalt. Sehr komfortable Soft Beds und eine Spazierweite zu verschiedenen Arten von Lebensmitteln und Cafés. Würde wirklich Rice Bar & Food für Abendessen und ihre Getränke empfehlen.

I booked accommodation at the Ohakune Court Motel for the 12th August for 1 night through Agoda. The booking was Non refundable which I have never had a problem with when I have booked through *********** in the past. My daughter took me to the accommodation, we went in and it stunk, my daughter said mum, you cant stay here it is awful. I went and saw the lady at Reception, she came into the room and said she couldn’t smell anything. First lie. I asked if she had any other rooms but she didn’t, I asked for a refund which she agreed to, she disappeared and then came back and said as I had booked through *********** I would have to get in touch with them and she would do what she had to do her end, I actually booked througb Agoda. My daughter was there the whole time so everything was fine so we went off and tried to find alternative accommodation, which we did and it was lovely. I got in touch with Agoda and they said they wanted the name of the person and their title before they could put the refund through. I said I think she was the owner, so they put it through and said I would hear back from the main source. I emailed the Motel and didn’t hear anything. The next morning (Sunday) I called the Motel, the lady answered, I explained I was ringing up about my refund and she never said another word and put the phone down, I tried quite a few times to call back but it went onto answerphone. Every time. My daughter took me round to the Motel and she said that she spoke to the owner and he said there is no refund, because she (the lady) couldn’t smell anything. I said that you told me yesterday that I would get a refund, I asked to talk to the owner but she said he wasn’t there. I told her she was rude and very unprofessional for putting the phone down on me earlier, her excuse was she was busy., but she managed to answer it the first time. I said that I would be complaining and putting it on Social media, her words were, “Go for it” I had to find another $200 that night for accommodation so the whole1 night turned out to cost me $390.00 which is more than my weekly pension. I went down to spend some time away with my family for my 67th birthday, one I wont forget in a hurry for the wrong reasons. I agree with cancellation policy if the room is clean and doesn’t smell. There is no way I could have slept in that room for the whole night. They shouldn’t be running a Motel as they obviously don’t have any people skills at all. My daughter was there the whole time and was witness to it all. She works in a Motel in Matamata and couldn’t believe the way they reacted. When we got back in the car there was a guy coming out of the room behind the reception and the lady pushed him back in the room. Please heed this warning DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL. The Hobbit Motorlodge, Ohakune were so nice in comparison and done everything to make my stay more memorable.

Aus Dänemark kamen, dieses ruhige Ort bei Marie und Bernie zu betreten, war eine wirklich gute Erfahrung. So schön zu hören” Hallo, ich heiße Marie und er dansk” (Hallo, ich bin Marie, aus Dänemark)! In ganzer Umgebung, die freundlichsten Gastgeber, sauber und luxuriöse Zimmer. Sie waren gleich willkommen. Eine kleine Terrasse in jedem Zimmer und einen schönen Garten, direkt bis zum Golfplatz. Das Frühstück wird in ihrem eigenen Speisezimmer serviert, wo Marie und Bernie für Sie kochen. Alle nur durch eine Menge Sportaktivitäten in der Nähe gestellt. Kleines Dorf Okahune in 5 km mit guten Mahlzeiten. Wir empfehlen diesen Ort warm. Vagn og Lisbeth

after being informed our other accomdation was closing down, we were lucky to discover here & book a one night stay. the room was fabulous, at the front of building, with a balcoy looking out to the mountains. everything was clean, comfortable & cozy. A good nights sleep, we were not bothered by road noise. A basic breakfast was left for us in the upstairs kitchen, that was enough to start our day, plenty of tea/coffee available. There are 2 eating places a short drive away, but only one was open on our stay, which was understandably, crazy busy. Thank you.

Das Hotel liegt direkt unter den schneebedeckten Bergen und Sie können die schneebedeckten Berge sehen, wenn Sie ausgehen. Die Umgebung ist gut. Der Eingang zum Hotel ist der Wandereingang des Nationalparks. Es ist sehr praktisch, einen Shuttle zum Hotel zu buchen, um im Skigebiet Ski zu fahren. Im Winter ist das Zimmer sehr warm. Es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank, einen Wasserkocher, eine Kaffeetasse, eine Gemeinschaftsküche und ein Restaurant, in dem Sie Frühstück und Abendessen buchen können. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es in der späten Besprechung kein heißes Wasser gibt, sodass ich nicht duschen kann.

Das Hotel ist derzeit zu niedrig, es gibt keine Daten zu den Schalen. In der Tat ist das Hotel sehr gut, wenn ich zwei Nächte wohne, ist die Hygiene für die Schalen am besten in allen Hotels. Das Restaurant ist sehr lecker und drucken Sie, wenn Sie Tongarillo kaufen, ich habe keine Angst, es nicht zu essen! Und der Shuttlebus in Liu Mountain ist dieses Hotel überführbar und die Zubehör-Abschnitte sind sehr komplett! Der einzige Nachteil ist vielleicht ein kleines Zimmer, aber der Service und die Zubehör- und Restaurant-Abschnitte sind genug, um die volle Nummer zu erhalten!!!! Träg ～～

Unser Aufenthalt war großartig. Das Zimmer war warm und gemütlich (aber nicht klein), und das Badezimmer war geräumig und modern. Wir genossen wirklich unser kurzer, aber erinnerlich Aufenthalt hier. Jeder, der dort gearbeitet hat, war sehr hilfreich und auf unsere Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten. Es war ein sehr nützlicher Aufenthalt und ich werde sicher wieder hier bleiben, wenn es nötig ist.

Nicht wie die Fotos haben Sie glauben. Wir hatten ein 2 Schlafzimmer. Es fühlte sich wie ein Schlafzimmer mit verbrauchten Möbeln und alten Teppich. ( Siehe Fotos von Sofa) . In einem schönen Bereich, aber Aussicht auf Parkplatz und Menschen zu Fuß auf der einen Seite (halte das Gräser geschlossen) und eine Metallfenne (?) auf der anderen. Personal ganz gleichgültig. Zu dem Preis, den wir gezahlt haben, hat es definitiv nicht den Erwartungen entsprechen.
