Paddle Wheel Inn ★★

"A beautiful location next to the Rock River is the best feature of the hotel. The room was large and had a mini refrigerator and microwave. The wifi worked well and there was coffee in the lobby. The front desk is not staffed 24 hours and the rooms are not cleaned every day, but neither is my house, haha. There is a bank and two restaurants sharing the parking lot but otherwise nothing is available within walking distance. A quick five minute drive gets you to anywhere in town."

Chateau Lodge ★★

"Hard pass on this one. This place is filthy. The wifi is spotty at best, the air condition is at least 30 yrs old and has never been cleaned. This was once a nice place to visit but It's no longer cute, cozy, or woodsy. It is now old and broken down and disgusting."
