Ein schöner, ruhiger Ort, um direkt außerhalb von Lissabon zu bleiben (in der Region Porto Salvo). Wir hatten ein volles Bett mit einem Sofa, Arbeitstisch und Kabelfernsehen (die englischen Kanäle beginnen bei 200 - CNN, BBC, etc, plus Filmkanäle). Das Frühstücksangebot war geschmackvoll und füllen - Kaffeemaschine (8 verschiedene Selbstbedienungsoptionen), Obstsaft, Gemüse, machen Sie sich Pancakes, Obst und geschliffenes Fleisch. Es gibt einen Lidl Supermarkt neben der Tür und der Oeires Parque Mall ist ein 15-minute Spaziergang entfernt. Wir nahmen ein Taxi und Uber umher, und die Paco de Arcos Bahnhof war kurze Fahrt nach Lissabon. Das Personal (mit Ausnahme einiger Haushalter) sprachen alle Englisch und waren freundlich und hilfreich. Wenn Sie mehr als ein paar Tage in Lissabon sind und ein günstiges Hotel suchen, dann empfehlen Sie es!

Hotel novo, muito limpo, fiquei admirado por ter só 2 *. Atendimento excelente. Pequeno almoço muito bom. Excelente localização , entre Lisboa e Cascais. Quarto excelente com boas áreas é um excelente chuveiro coisa que eu aprecio. Ideal para passagem em negócios, uma ou duas noites.

Super schönes,modernes Hostel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und absolut perfektem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer und Bäder waren sehr sauber und die Lage ist für den Preis definitiv empfehlenswert, viel kann fußläufig erreicht werden und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind auch direkt um die Ecke.

Ein tolles Wochenende. Leider hat die Zeit nicht dazu beigetragen, das fantastische Außenpool zu genießen. Allerdings genießen wir das Innenpool und Fitness. Wir buchen ein T2 und haben einfach einen Upgrade gemacht und wir sind in einer Wohnung mit ausgezeichneten Bedingungen und Blick auf den Tejo-Fluss gebucht. Betonen Sie die Sympathie aller Mitarbeiter. Wir werden sicher zurückkommen ....

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier wiederholt (Mutter und Tochter). Das Hotel ist noch chaotischer als das letzte Mal. Gruppen überwältigen ganz Einzelgäste. Die meisten Gruppengäste und Familien sind laut, verwenden Sie die Rezeption Lobby als Zimmer beim Abreisen und warten auf den Bus für den Flughafen viele Stunden vor. Die Parteien, um die Gäste zu gruppen, treffen sich mit der Nacht Ruhe andere Gäste freuen sich auf. die TERRACE BAR BEABSCHLÜSST DIE BANGING DER HÖCHST BASS AT 6PM UND GOES UNTIL 1AM. Einige Zeichen müssen in den Hotelkorridoren wie: keine Nahrung erlaubt in der Rezeption und Lobby, keine Lauf- und Schreien erlaubt in den Hotelkorridoren nach 6:00 Uhr. Männer müssen vollständig im Hotel kleidet werden (Shirt auf). TERRACE BAR BASS MÜSSEN SICH SCHLÜSSEN. Mehr Personal muss eingestellt werden, und mehr. Viel mehr.

Es war eine angenehme Erfahrung, das sehr gemütliche und effiziente Personal; das Frühstück war geschmackvoll und vielfältig. Das Zimmer hatte gute Größe für zwei Personen, ein komfortables und geräumiges Bett mit vielen Zimmerausstattungsstellen, sehr effiziente Blackout-Gräben und war gut klimatisiert. Das Badezimmer hatte eine gute Dusche, mit hervorragender Leistung und gut reguliert auf Temperaturebene. Die Insonorisierung des Zimmers könnte jedoch viel besser sein.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the online booking service offered by Zenhotels. I made a reservation for what I thought would be a private room with 2 pets allowed and made a payment of 97 euros, which according to the booking confirmation received, was the total amount for the reservation. I was supposed to only pay 6 euros for the tourist tax and 10 euros per pet for the entire stay. Upon arrival at the hotel (WOT Lisbon Nomad), I was informed that the reservation I had made did not correspond to a private room and that in order to get one, I would have to pay an additional 234.51 euros on top of the already paid 97 euros (this would be for the upgrade to a private room + 10 euros per day per pet). Obviously, this news at the time of check-in and with such a price difference (more than three times the original value) makes it almost impossible for the customer to seek an alternative. Furthermore, I tried to explain to the hotel that the website was not very clear about private or shared rooms, as the room description did not indicate that it was shared. Additionally, it did not mention that the payment for the pets was per day rather than for the entire stay. The person responded that if the website did not have complete information, it was not the hotel's problem. I countered that if they were selling their services through third parties, they are just as responsible as the website promoting them to ensure that the information is accurate; otherwise, they are complicit in a scheme to deceive customers. Finally, I decided not to proceed with the proposal because I found it disrespectful, an excessive charge compared to the original offer, and unprofessional. Therefore, I feel that I was cheated out of the 97 euros that I paid and that I could not use the offered service.

Auch unter CV19-Bedingungen erwarte ich von einem Hotel, welches sich vier Sterne an die Fassade heftet, erheblich mehr. Jeden Morgen das gleiche Prozedere, Kaffee in ToGo-Bechern in einer Papiertüte zusammen mit einem Apfel und Holzmesser, in Alufolie eingewickeltes „Sandwich“ mit immer demselben Belag ( Scheibe Käse Scheibe Kochs*****en trocken ohne Butter). Mit etwas Glück hat es die Bedienung geschafft den Kaffee nicht umzuschütten und alles ist trocken. Aber das eine Stück Obst nun schön warm. Oder aber es ist alles durchnässt und der Tag wie auch das Frühstück „versaut“. Keine Spur von einem Teller, einer normalen Tasse, normalem Besteck etc. Essen aus der Hotelküche ist den Preis leider nicht wert. Carpaccio schön angemacht und in der Mitte vollkommen gefroren, also frisch ist anders. Der Hamburger zum einen „mini“ und im trockenen Brötchen welches auseinander fällt beim Anschauen (13€) sind ein Witz, leider nicht lustig. Bach nunmehr mehreren Aufenthalten, gezwungenermaßen, da alles Andere geschlossen ist, werde ich sofort wechseln sobald Alternativen vorhanden sind. Hotel selber ist sauber neu und modern eingerichtet, aber dues wird zunichte gemacht durch die oben beschriebenen Umstände SCHADE!!!!!

We booked for an overnight stay to see the EDPjazz concert in Cascais. My partner booked it and specified that she needed a low floor as she suffers from vertigo. On arrival we were told we were on the 4 th floor. Oops. Not a good start. The receptionist was very helpful and we said we would leave our case and go for lunch. The replacement room was on the ground floor facing the pool . Unfortunately the smelly rubbish bin with all the cigarettes ash was right in upside the window. The pluses . We had a working fridge ( unfortunately it made a generator noise all night) but the room was clean and beds comfortable. Air con and tv in room. Breakfast was good. Better than some 4 star hotels we have stays in . Would we stay again for a short break, probably yes. Car parking in the street by the hotel was free as some roads in the area were not. Very friendly staff.

The staff were excellent. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were also very quiet, none of the usual banging about in the corridors or doors slamming. Outside noise was non existent considering there is a major road nearby. A tram system is within five minutes walk, this will get you to the ferry or railway station. The fares are vey inexpensive, also, a short trip (private transfer) from the airport. There is no alcohol for sale in the hotel, there is a Lidl a very short walk away, breakfast is ok but not great. I will return to this hotel with no hesitation.
