Arcadia Hotel

after check-out, I have to leave my baggage in the hotel for a while to do my own business, the reception was very nice she let the security guiding me to the storage room.

The welcome at check in was not one of  the best My friend and I arrived at the hotel around midnight and the receptionist miss Ecaterina  a little asleep did not treat us very well. She turned out to be very lazy and not attached to her work She didn't even give a smile to us Hand down to her VICEVERSA  the day shift receptionist miss Elana very kind and welcoming person and always with a smile on her face .. she is very good at speaking English and Italian too Hand up to her

I stayed in a junior suite, it's not what I expected it was more like a low cost can a place big price there are no plugins anywhere near the bed anywhere in the room where you sleep the TV was awfully it was fuzzy the pitcher. Extremely hard for being a junior suite there was only one air conditioner in the little sitting room. And it was way too small to cool the whole sweet. The cleaning staff wasn't so nice either I got chewed out by the cleaning staff I'm change the sheets every day because was so hot I was sweating so bad a sheet of be soaked by morning. And they were mad because I used all the towels all the time and what are you supposed to do it room is so hot. The kitchen wasn't open at Long good evening tell you it's closed. Food wasn't very good either not much on the menu. I need the breakfast buffet order twice I $3.50 American but if he wasn't worth it substandard. I want to ask you some water one of the waitresses said you're going to have to go outside and buy the water, I paid for the buffet yeah I did buy the water extra. Hotel itself is probably a 1-star to 0 star crown hotel. And when I was in your mini people are upset because he won't let them back in the room work your bookings were bad or mini problems. They we yelling at the guests saying it's not their problem you don't have to call the reservation department. I myself ready to a problem with this, They lock me on my room been hit my credit card on file, and when I want to talk to him about it they were very mean. I understand it wasn't their fault but they could have let me get into my room while I took care of the problem. I ended up sitting in waiting for like 3 hours in a lobby. So the hotel needs lot of work a complete remodel REdesign lowest price and get me stuff. Simon recommend anybody to stay at this hotel it's not worth problems.

Все, что необходимо, ничего лишнего. В гостиние действительно отдыхаешь от насыщенного дня, ничто не нагружает внимание. Номер очень продуманный с точки зрения комфорта. Дело в гостинице поставлено отлично. Чистенько, все целое. Конечно, есть определенные недостатки, если поискать (были даже оторванные обои, и под моей любимой у стула отклеилась ножка). Не хватало занавески в ванной. Отличный завтрак. Дышится легко, нет посторонних запахов.

Отличная гостиница , все понравилось , душевный персонал. Когда посмотрели номер при заезде небыло чайника , спустились попросить у девочек на ресепшене и через 5 минут вернулись в номер - чайник уже был. Хоть и мелочь - но приятно . Спасибо огромное )) приедем к вам ещё )))

Resepsiyondaki tuvalet kötü, restaurantda ölmüş böcek, ingilizce bilmeyen resepsiyonist mevcuttu;genel olarak memnun kalmadığım bir otel deneyimi oldu....

Herşey çok güzel. Resepsiyon otelin durumu vs. Ama oda da telefonun altında ve buzdolabının arkasında kıskaç böcekleri vardı. Sadece temizlik yapan bayanlarda sorun var. Onun haricinde Herşey çok güzel
