The main floor also has a fully stocked eat in kitchen, separate dining room, living room and screened in porch. The large porch has incredible lake views as well as plenty of room for sitting, eating, relaxing and watching TV. Downstairs has a large den with ample seating and a futon that sleeps 2. The TV console has games, puzzles and books for you to enjoy. All 3 bedrooms downstairs have queen size beds with 2 of the bedrooms having beautiful lake views. Two roll away beds are located downstairs as well. Outdoor patio located downstairs with a table for dining and a fire pit just steps away. All firewood is provided by the owner. The lot has a gentle slope to the water. There is a dock platform that has seating, a place for sunbathing and the floating dock slip for your boat. Dock has walk out steps for easy access in and out of the lake for swimming. Doc's Place is a short drive to Clemson for ball games or other events and close to many grocery stores.
