"Pool, housekeeping & maintenance staff all top notch. Front desk not so much. I booked a King room and my confirmation (which I showed them) said balcony and view. They said that I was booked in a standard King & bkz I booked third party it wasn’t their problem & I would have to straighten it out with Trip.com….wrong answer…Our room was the size of a walk in closet..it reeked of mildew and the bathroom was so small my 6’ husband had to sit sideways on the T-seat….Entry Door didn’t seal closed so flies came in. I looked at the hotel’s own website and even what they advertise as a “standard king” isn’t anything like the room itself. So just be aware that the rooms you see pictures are not the rooms you get AT ALL. Disappointing they wouldn’t make it right."

"Das Meerespalast war eine angenehme Überraschung. Nice, geräumiges Zimmer mit 2 Queen-Bett, Kleiderschrank, 2 Nachtsitze, Flachbildschirm über dem Kleiderschrank (Viel Kanäle), Mini-Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Sink/Vanity-Bereich war angemessen mit Viel Zimmer, Granit Oberfläche. Das Bad war auch schön, der Dusche-/Badewanne scheint neu und war frisch - sogar hatte die verbogenen Gartenschlauch für eine geräumige Dusche. Kein Schrank, sondern ein Schlauch mit Hängern über den Dusch - das war ausreichend. Ich mochte den 5-minütigen Spaziergang zum boardwalk & beach, und Komfort-Shop/Deli über die Straße. Im Wesentlichen war der Ort sehr sauber. Ich würde sicher hier noch einmal bleiben und empfehlen."

"Tut mir leid, aber dieses Hotel hat eine Haltestelle auf meiner Karte. Am Morgen habe ich die Frau auf dem Vorderbüro geprüft und sagte mir, sie hätte die Haltestelle gerade damals freigegeben. Es ist zehn Tage später, und ich habe das Geld noch nicht auf meiner Karte zurückgekriegt. Sie sagten mir, es war meine Bank, die es noch nicht veröffentlicht hatte, aber das ist nicht wahr, ich habe mit meiner Bank mehrmals gesprochen und sie sehen nicht, dass sie es veröffentlicht haben, dann sollte ich eine E-Mail-Beweis erhalten, dass sie mein Geld freigegeben haben und ich nie bekam das entweder mein Anruf heute Morgen geht zu ihren Büros Ich bin sehr enttäuscht"

"My husband and I enjoyed a 2 night after Labor Day stay at the Bentley Inn. We had the top floor Ocean King room with a view of the ocean sparkling in the distance. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well in the quiet room. We enjoyed the continental breakfast with large selection of items to choose from. Chairs, beach towels and umbrellas are available for the beach which is a short walk across the street. The woman working the front desk kindly left me a carafe of hot water and a selection of teas at night to take to my room. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend The Bentley to friends!"

"We had a beautiful anniversary weekend at The Inn. The breakfast was fresh and sumptious. The manager was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the captain's room which has a great river view and a nice extra sitting area. There are lots of things to do in the Pinelands and at the shore."

"Was told when I got there I got lucky I was getting an upgrade to a third bed in an adjoining room but really it wasn't I needed to get in there to use the bathroom so...it was just not a nice room it was clean but just not as nice as the room that was in the picture...I'm sure they do this all the time."

"Wonderful stay at the Hideaway. Rooms were clean and well appointed, beds were comfortable. Loved that they had beach chairs and towels available and direct access to the beach right across the street. The roof terrace was a nice spot to relax with super comfortable loungers."
