Beach Walk Hotel

This hotel is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! Traveled 8 hours away from home for vacation. My fiance and I got to the hotel waited 20 minutes for someone to finally get to the desk. Paid for my hotel, got the keys and walked up to the room. The room was DISGUSTING, there was hair all over the shower, bed and floors. There was also poop all over the back of the toilet seat and there was liquid leaking down the walls in the bathroom. I went back to the lobby waited another 20 minutes for the manager. She walks in and starts yelling at me asking me to "show her where this "supposed" mess is. I walk to the room and show her she claims that I'm just "making this up". Then I asked for a refund, she then told me no and that she wanted the room keys. My fiancé hands out the keys and she snatched them right out of his hands and told us to go!!!!! I've been calling *********** to try to get my money back and every time I get someone we talked for a couple minutes and I tell them what happen then they hang up on me!!! I do not recommend to ANYONE!!! Just an fyi the managers name was Danielle!
