I would go back. Was easy access to beach and people were friendly.

Found several roaches in my room. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Cleaning staff just changes sheets, sweep and vacuum. Pool was overfilled with chlorine. Beach property was nice. Limited umbrellas and chairs.

We had a really nice, spacious room, oceon front. It was very convenient being on the first level as we had easy access to go to the beach. We had a great view of the beach and watching the sunrise The staff was very friendly! The room has been updated and looked very modern looking.

Too many ants and flies in room. I had ants crawling on me and all over the floor in the bedroom, living room and bathroom. Also my first night there the fire alarms when off from 10pm-3am very annoying. However they did give a $200 resort credit that’s was hard to spend due to the lack of restaurants onsite I was able to spend $100 of it. I would not be staying again due to me complaining about the bugs and no one came to exterminate the room. Also they don’t answer the phones when you call you have to walk to the front desk to ask questions. Additionally, if you like a beautiful ocean front that was nice I was in room 201 you can hear the loud AC outside the door.

Came here for a long weekend at the beach. The hotel itself is nice if you don’t look too closely at the half assed renovations. Crooked outlets, stove not installed properly and hole in bathroom ceiling. Also not to mention the fire alarm went off multiple times during our stay, one time being at 4 am and wasn’t turned off for an hour. Then to be told “they don’t know how to fix the malfunction”.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The view is wonderful (make sure you get OceanFRONT, not OceanVIEW), check-in was a breeze, staff was friendly and helpful, the pool was comfortable and relaxing, and the food on offer in both restaurants was delicious. We had a wonderful time!
Only minor issue, it felt like some renovations are past due? We noticed damage to the artwork in the halls, stains in the ceiling tile in our room, torn up plaster in very visible places, SmartTVs in our room didn't work correctly, etc. Ultimately small things that didn't harm our experience there, but could have someone asking if they got their money's worth.

Everything was perfect about the stay except the view. Booked a deluxe sweet with a Oceanside view just for it to be on the second floor and the view was blocked by the massive palms they planted between the hotel and the beach. So if you plan on having the nice view you paid for, make sure it’s not on the second floor.
