Ночевала одну ночь, удобное расположение, отель чистый, слышимость нормальная, не понравилось что был запах в туалете, не работал холодильник, открывала окно, так как было жарко. Останавливаюсь 2 ой раз. Цены в кафе не очень доступные, хочется посоветовать продавать средства гигиены для женщин, так как до города далеко. Постельное белье очень порадовало, советую.

I was absolutely dissatisfied with the service of the hotel because I had unpleasant experience of checking in in there. I paid for the hotel in advance (I had paid for two days) and when I came they didn’t let me check in. It was super cold outside (minus 15 C) and it was 1 a.m. The hotel stuff was absolutely indifferent to me. They said they wouldn’t check me in at any cost and they would not give me a refund. I was absolutely devastated because before I came there I had 2 airplanes (4 hours each and 3 hour flight connection between each of them) and I really wanted to have a rest. It never happened to me in any other hotel. I’m still in a state of shock.

Хамское отношение к клиентам, проезд ко входу отсутствует, - идите пешком, лифта нет- несите чемоданы сами. Ответили на телефон только с третьего звонка, спасибо хоть матом не послали. Wi-fi вроде есть , но без доступа в интернет. Желания еще раз остановиться не возникло.

Планировали переночевать с детьми перед долгим перелетом . Нас встретил хамский персонал , абсолютно некликнториентированы. Не понравилось обслуживание .уехали в соседний отель.больши никогда не вернемся. Рядом есть отели с достойным обслуживаем .

Очень часто останавливались в данном отеле, все было неплохо . Но сегодня персонал и руководство просто убило, забронировали за ранее отель, летим за рубеж, российские паспорта не брали, нам отказали в заселении . Все бы понятно, но у нас 3-е детей , могли пойти на уступки. Принципиально отказали.

Худший отель в котором доводилось бывать . Заселение прошло быстро. Лифта нет! Просьба охранника помочь занести чемодан оказалась не выполнимой. Взвешал своей рукой и сказал ой нет я такой не донесу. Мужик под 2 метра ростом плотного телосложения. Ну ок сама на 3 этаж занесла, я же девушка я все могу. Как только зашла в номер сразу накрыл запах прокуренной комнаты! На просьбу на ресепшене сменить номер, отправили охранника понюхать номер, который видимо только что покурил ! И все, никаких мер не предприняли! Отношение ужасное. Не рекомендую !

В этот приезд замечаний у меня нет. Бронирование номера было эффективным менее, чем за сутки. Окно выходило на аэропорт. Можно было видеть взлетающие самолеты но шум лично мне не мешал. Номер одноместный, чистенький. Душевая кабинка отличная. Все одноразовые принадлежности на месте, мини холодильник, телевизор, вода. Мне частно не хватает в гостиницах письменной бумаги. Здесь это всегда есть, карандаш с логотипом. Отдых между рейсами в этот раз оставил позитивные впечатления. Спасибо большое.

Очень близко к аэропорту - буквально в 2 минутах ходьбы от терминала Б. Отлично видно из аэропорта, не заблудишься. Удалось выспаться перед следующим рейсом. Приветливый персонал, чистый номер! Для клиентов в номере есть беруши, чай, кондиционер. По просьбе могут разбудить.

И опять остановились на ночевку в этом отеле. Номер семейный, по размеру меньше, чем в прошлый раз. В номере чисто, все наполнение на месте: Дополнительное спальное место (кровать) быстро поставили при нас и заправили. Рекомендую отель!
