Charming top floor duplex with garden-patio.

Family vaca to SF Pros: the unit was the perfect size for my family of 5. It was clean, spacious & had lots of character. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do in the Northern CA area. Sami was great at communicating with us during our stay and got us whatever we needed. He even gave us recommendations about the neighborhood. Cons: sharing the backyard was interesting. We didn't realize Sami doesn't own the upper and lower unit. The owner of the lower unit has 0 standards about who they rent to & it seemed like more of a party house. The renters left food, ash trays and pot on the shared coffee table. At one point there was a man sleeping on the chaise that impacted our ability to make supper. We ended up checking out 1 day early d/t a very loud party that went from midnight until past 6:30 am. There was loud music, shouting, fighting between multiple groups of people that carried out to the front lawn and front door. Not something we want to subject our school age kids to. When we left that morning there were still people on the front steps awake from the night before. We reported all this to Sami and he was apologetic but it didn't feel like he could do anything about it. I would not stay here again only because of the unknown with the other unit.

Oakland Rocks The townhouse was well maintained and a pleasure to stay in. Sami was very responsive and made us feel at home. Definitely a 5 star experience. Thank you.

Emeryville CA The property was extremely clean and comfortable. It was exactly as described, well equipped and nicely appointed.

Wonderful Weekend We flew out to California for a family get together. Sami's place was a wonderful place to stay. It was perfect for us. The apartment is pretty large. It was enough space for the four of us. We each had our own room, two are on the smaller side, one was large. The smaller bedrooms share a bathroom. It was roomy, clean and had everything we needed. There is also plenty of street parking outside. It was perfect for the weekend. I highly recommend Sami's place!

Lovely home away from home This was the perfect home for my family for the week we spent in the Bay Area. The location is great and the place is warm and cozy. Sami was very communicative and helpful.
