"When I checked in they charged me even though the room was paid for already. They need to clean the whole hotel because it was dirty!  I called the night before I checked out to ask for a late check out and I was told to call back in the morning. When I called the next morning I was told I could not have a late check out because house keeping was already on the floor. P.S. they have signs in the breakfast area stating that you can not take food back to the room."

"The room was supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of smoke. Bathroom sink had cigarette burns in it. Bed was suppose to be a queen but was a full size. Bathroom sink stopper wouldn’t open to drain. Toilet seat was barely attached. Bath towel had a decent sized hole in it. No hand towels. I arrived after 10pm so I had to use a phone in the foyer that disconnected me twice before getting to a real person to come down from the second floor to let me into the lobby and check me in.   I have stayed at other Extended Stay Americas but I will not come back to this one."

"Das Zimmer sollte nicht rauchen, aber von Rauch gereckt sein. Bad-Sänke hatte Zigaretten in ihm verbrannt. Bett sollte eine Königin sein, aber war eine Vollgröße. Bad-Sänke-Stopper würde nicht offen zu drenken. Toilettensitz war kaum befestigt. Das Badhandtuch hatte ein angemessen großes Loch in ihm. Keine Handtücher. Ich kam nach 10 Uhr, so dass ich ein Telefon in der Haushalte benutzt hatte, das mich zweimal entschlossen, bevor ich zu einer wirklichen Person aus dem zweiten Stock herunterkommen, um mich in die Lobby zu lassen und mich ins Auge zu schauen. Ich habe in anderen Extended Stay Americas geblieben, aber ich werde nicht zurück zu diesem zurückkommen."

"Wir stiegen um 4 Uhr NN Stunde nachdem die 3 Uhr Check-in begann und mussten über eine halbe Stunde warten, bis sie ein Zimmer bereit waren. Sie hatten die vorherigen Kunden nicht aus ihrem Zimmer geprüft, als sie verließen, was scheint schrecklich, da es eine späte Checkoutgebühr gibt. Das Bett wurde in gelben Farben bedeckt und wir mussten neue Betten bekommen. Ich habe nie ihre Bewertung ausgefüllt, aber ich habe eine E-Mail-Notifikation, während ich auf unser Zimmer wartete, und danke mir für meine 5-Sterne-Bewertung."
