Residence Inn St. Louis O'Fallon

Attend a family wedding and stayed at this location. Great service and very nice large rooms.

Perfect Location off the highway. Many choices of eateries along Hwy K. Staff wonderful! Comfortable Room. Felt very safe!

This place is amazing! You definitely don't feel like you are staying at a motel! It's feels more like a home. I have 0 complaints

Room was clean a bit of wear and tear. Carpet fraying, stains on furniture, small things really The only complaint was no oven pans in the room just pots and pans. No pool towels, had to ask for them each time. All and all we would stay again. Decent room for the price

One night stay but a few hiccups. Door into entry of room was completely filthy, look like the exorcist happened outside. Inside the room was fine other than very dated furniture and paint/wallpaper. No extra pillows or blankets for the pullout bed. The staff solved that ASAP! Great job there! Carpet was dirty and we decided to double check the beds. Phew! No bugs. In my opinion there is probably better options in the vacinity for the price This should be more in the $165-180 of a hotel so know before you go ..

Good room, spacious, full size fridge, small stove, a microwave and plenty of dishes to be able to cook if desired. Very helpful staff. Refrigerator did have cosmetic damage degrading appearance of the refrigerator. Comfortable bed and good size bathroom.

The room was not clean. Couch had stains all over it. Bedsheets were found put on inside out and stained. The shower had mold in it tub faucet separated from the wall minimal amount of toilet paper when we ask for separate bedding to put on the couch was provided sheets and told that was all we could have no comforter. It sounded like I heard of elephants we’re going to drop through the ceiling I didn’t give in time Staff were unable to deal with noise complaints like could be seen through the hotel door and at one point, a staff member came barging into our room stating oh my gosh, I didn’t know they rented this room out. Worst stay ever if the room hadn’t been booked 24 hours in advance we would have left.

Utilized the fitness room, the pool and took advantage of the breakfast bar.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past since we gave family in the area. The hotel is in a nice area and conveniently located for us however it is in need of an update. The rooms look dirty, have torn carpet, and outdated furnishings. The staff is kind and are helpful with any requests we have had.
