Hotel Glendower

英国式の朝食やパブもあって、スタッフの対応もとても親切です。客室の設備は古いですが、清掃はとても良く行き届いています。素敵な庭もあり、お手頃価格だったので、もう一泊したいところでした。

Nothing great except the welcome drink. They can't keep a box of tissues in the room. When I unpacked my baggage and tried to put my valuables in the locker, I found that it was not working. The staff came to our room did an hour long exercise and we were watching them like fools but the locker did not work at all. Access to the Wi-Fi was promised but it was never available in my room. It could work only when I was standing at the reception desk. I thought, if I wanted to use the wifi I should aquire the job of receptionist there. There was no glass tumbler in the room. I had to request the staff for two glass tumblers, then only I could get it. The staff except one lady Laxmi was very lethargic. They took an hour for boiling two eggs. The food was not great at all either. Next day when we wanted to take bath we found an empty bottle lying in the bathroom with a sticker of shower gel. When I requested Laxmi to kindly provide shower gel and shampoo she was kind enough to send two bottles to my room but when I started taking bath I found that in one bottle shampoo was there and in another one it was conditioner, no shower gel was provided. The most unfortunate thing was that I asked to the staff to convey my messages to the manager and request him to atleast visit my room and meet with me but he never showed his face. I don't know what does he think of himself. At the time of checking out I said, why should I pay for the facilities I had not been provided. They gave me a discount of 15%.

My family and I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable, particularly thanks to Mr. Benadic, whose attentiveness stood out. The food was exceptionally flavorful and beautifully presented. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.
