Excellent location, perfect staff. The room is clean and spacious. Good and free parking space. The breakfasts are not very varied.

大年三十住這裏，遊客太多服務跟不上。早上離開酒店40分鐘，落下兒子的壓歲錢在房間，40分鐘後返回就少了500人民幣，看了監控，就只有清理房間的服務員進過房間，也沒個説法。差評！

衞生乾淨，房間裏也一直有背景音樂播放，自己可以調節音量或關閉。早餐和晚餐都是點單制，味道不錯，服務也好。房間窗口就可以看到隔壁的格蘭酒店，酒店大堂還有好幾個柚木大象🐘，總之性價比不錯

去過的20多個國家70多家酒店遇到的最差服務。在攜程訂的酒店，酒店前台説攜程沒給他們錢，要我跟攜程溝通錢款事項，第一次遇到自己後台錢款問題要顧客去溝通的，1個小時後攜程處理好了，又説我的訂單沒有含早餐，明明房費裏含了早餐，要再付33.5刀，並且立即付款，我的內置芯片的VISA他們還刷不了。我掏出兩張20刀給前台，居然當著我的麪揉搓紙幣並嬉皮笑臉説其中一張20刀有問題，這錢是在斯里蘭卡的ATM機取的，此來沒見過如此讓人噁心的服務，付過錢後又告訴我要第二天才能提供收據，這是什麼**規定？為一個入住搞了1小時20分鐘沒有任何道歉！ 到了房間太陽都快下山了，房間是二樓是一個角落，窗外是隔壁的運貨車庫，毫無風景可言，正準備休息突然房間傳來咳嗽聲，嚇了一跳，房間裏有個木門和隔壁房間相連，能清楚聽到隔壁説話，咳嗽！***********晚上9點多攜程幫我協調換了一個房間，被子很薄，沒有空調，電暖氣不僅不怎麼管用，而且噪音很大，整體體驗極差！ 最後感謝攜程的客服耐心服務，也提醒各位準備入住此酒店的小夥伴，這家店******

在努瓦里麪，山上天氣比較冷，屋內有暖氣，房間設施有些陳舊了，酒店很漂亮，英倫風的設計，綠色屋頂搭配白色牆面，非常美

Sehr schönes Hotel mit gutem Komfort. Servicepersonal in Masse, Überwachung der Kellner immer mit wachsamen Augen vorhanden- für europäische Begriffe manchmal fast zuviel. Ansonsten sehr schön - keine Klagen. Warmes Innenpool und freundliches Lächeln wohin man auch schaute.

Tolle Atmosphäre und Service! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht, uns jederzeit zu helfen. Das Zimmer war fabelhaft und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war auch beeindruckend. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Mohan für seine freundliche Unterstützung.

das personal war sehr freundlich. wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. das essen war super mit einem riesen buffet. der pool dürfte etwas wärmer sein aber sonst auch top. das bett und die kissen waren sehr bequem
