Nice clean and very convenient Place in the middle of the City. Keels super is 2 min walk away. Barista , Dominos , Pizza hut - 5 min walk. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Perfect for families with Small kids too. Manager Malinda, Cheff Steevan and Sameera - Thank you for the best service ! Definitely we'll recommend this nice place.

Hotel is located walking distance to the main road and right behind the K supermarket, plenty of parking space and hotel is surrounded by amazing greenery overlooking the hills. From the reservation stage To check in and until the departure, we Felt at home, relaxing, and comfortable. It was all because of the friendly staff and their Amazing service. We had breakfast and also dinner, Amazing presentation and the food was so Tasty. As a hotelier with 14yrs of Hotel industry expertise, i always look for details, Cleanliness and good Service. I am thrilled to say that the stay was perfect and we left with good memories. Definitely a great place and will always highly recommend. Thank you to Malinda who were very good at what he do, he knew hospitality to the core and trained his team to give perfect service.

It’s a small cozy hotel in the midst of Little England. Just a 5 minute walk to the Gregory Lake park. Hotel is clean and the food is amazing. The Chef does an outstanding job. And the Manager Malinda goes for an extra mile to make your stay perfect. He is young, enthusiastic, full of energy and most importantly he is nothing but nice. We booked a family room. The room was huge and had a balcony with an eye soothing view. The water pressure in the shower was surprisingly so good where you don’t find it often in hotels. I will definitely return back. To be honest I cannot wait to return back. Thank you team Queensland for making out stay memorable.. ❤️

The hotel is quiet and extremely comfortable with a good free breakfast which I enjoyed on the balcony. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. I stupidly left a few things behind and the manager Malinda arranged to send them on to the next city I had moved on to.

We are now two weeks into our third time Sri Lanka, and this is hands down the cleanest hotel we've seen here. Also the breakfast is great, maybe also the best one we've had. It was a treat to have breakfast at the balcony at our own floor. The staff and owner is so friendly and helpful. Please don't doubt to book here, you wont regret it! 10/10 experience

Queensland is a modern purpose built hotel halfway between Nuwara Eliya town and Gregory Lake, making it the ideal position for taking in the whole area. The SuperK supermarket at the top of the driveway was useful for getting drinks and snacks. The rooms are large and generally clean, some with balconies. Ours had a balcony overlooking what once was a superb view, but is now obscured by new building projects. This made us rather disappointed as we were not informed of it. Fortunately it was a holiday weekend when we stayed so we were not bothered by noise from the site. Initially we found service very disjointed, however the staff were so friendly and caring that we grew to appreciate the quirks and left there having had an enjoyable stay.
